Did a pick up order so can't say much on service but they did an excellent job on the food I ordered and the over all atmosphere of this Chipotle was really cool! Definitely different from other Chipotles I've been to!

My wife went to this location on 7/8 at 6:45pm. When she came home and my bowl wasn’t made to my specifications, she explained to me that the man who plated our food was rude and unhelpful, to the point that I wish she’d left the plated food without paying and gone up the street to CafeRio. My family of six doesn’t spend the money it takes to eat take out very often. So to hear about her experience broke my heart.

I ordered my through doordash, but went to pick it up myself. The portions itself were fine once i got home. However, as I sat waiting for my food (being prepared in the back by abother worker), I saw a blonde male worker chopping whatever meat and eating pieces from it as he chopped. I was absolutely appalled by that. He looked around and we didnt make eye contact, but he knew he was in the wrong and kept doing it (at least twice I saw him). I took my food from the worker in the back, praying thar she didn't do the same. Also, when I asked for a side of vinaigrette I was met with the heavy sigh. I already don't go to Chipotle often, but I definitely won't be returning to this one.

Save your time and go to the one on state street. Constantly understaffed, always out of menu items. Workers are usually rude.

Unfortunately, I’ve become increasingly disappointed with this location. I’ve given it three chances, and each visit has been frustrating due to consistently poor service and missing ingredients.

The first time, they were out of spring mix. The second time, they were out of spring mix and the dressing. This most recent visit? No chicken. I didn’t complain the first two times..they substituted iceberg lettuce, which was fine.. but being told they were out of dressing only at the end of the line was frustrating.

It’s hard to understand how a place can continue offering menu items without having the basic ingredients in stock. I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this feels like a pattern of disorganization and a lack of care for the customer experience.

At the very least, staff should let customers know up front when something is unavailable and offer alternatives. A simple heads-up goes a long way!

The food was typical gringo Mexican. Nothing to write home about.
The music was BLARING. Louder than Kilby Court at the fairgrounds last weekend. I asked the person behind the counter to turn it down. No change. The patio was covered with leaking water so my choices for leaving were limited. I asked a second time. After 3 more songs the noise decreased. I like music a lot. I don’t like it so loud in a restaurant that I can’t enjoy my meal and my ears ring when I leave.

Poor example of a chipotle, dinner time hours the place is dirty and the employees don’t change gloves after touching people’s money or the cash register. Just dirty overall. Try another location

Do NOT place a mobile order at this location. They won’t start working on your food until after you arrive, regardless of pickup time. I arrived at my pickup time and watched as they served 8 people in line before I got my bowl 12 minutes later. It would have been faster to just wait in line.
