Worst Chipotle I've ever been to and that's saying something. The staff are incapable of getting you the food that you want even though they're standing right in front of you. Have no communication on what items are extra and what items are not.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I told them my chicken was burnt and they wanted to argue with me that it wasn't burnt. Like I'm chewing on ash and you want to tell me it's not burnt. Terrible customer service. There's literally no parking. The ice machine just leaks water everywhere and the tables were filthy along with the floors. How do you have 10 employees. No costumers and still have trash everywhere. Worst experience. Save yourself the hassle and go to Cafe Rio up the street.

I picked up an online order, and the meal wasn't ready when I got there and I waited about 10 minutes. When I received my food, the meat was ice cold and all mixed together. I got hardly any meat, when they usually fill one compartment full of meat and full of each side.

I can’t tell you how frustrating this location is. The last 3 times I’ve ordered here, they have completely gotten my order wrong. 2 times ago they completely left any meat out of my wife’s bowl. It’s just frustrating to order something and realize that it’s completely wrong

Consistently one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. Drink machine is always broken, tonight it was spraying water everywhere and no one was doing anything? Always out of stuff, burrito always falling apart, just not great experiences over and over.

Guys, time to invest in your restaurant. I stood at the counter for a good five minutes before I was served. There was NO ONE else there to serve and about five employees who were ignoring me. After that, the soda machine was broken in five ways. Yikes.

I’ve been here about twenty times but the last two have been disappointed both times. I think they have new management. They give you half portions of carne asada, the guacamole is brown and they didn’t fill my cup all the way, they’re out of to go lids, they’re out of ice, they’re out of medium. It’s just kind of ridiculous and I didn’t feel like I got my moneys worth with the portion of meat they gave me
