Fantastic staff!!! My son begged to have his birthday party here and I was definitely hesitant at first. I’m so glad we booked it!! The party package is a steal and everyone had so much fun! Even the adults! The manager is amazing and the employees are so kind and helpful! They stay on top of game maintenance and keep everything so clean! They do parties right when they open to beat the crowds. It’s the easiest party we have ever done. It was such a great experience and we will absolutely be back! (I saw a negative review and all I can think is they must be used to parties at a 5 star resort in Cabo? I don’t know how anyone could complain. It was literally perfect.)

I had never been to one of these and was glad we finally made it. I expected a cheap Little Cesar's style pizza but this one was full of flavor and delicious. I was also surprised it was so clean and they had one gal walking around just cleaning. The game pricing was also phenomenal. Some places charge 4-5 tokens a game and this place was 1. We live out of town but definitely would return if closer.

My oh my, the rat has fallen on hard times.

First off, it is way too expensive. Birthday party packages are over 100 for 6 people and 1 pizza, working out to ONE slice per kid.

As for the arcade games, they all seemed to be 15+ years old. Some of the rides even featured Barney the Dinosaur, so I am guessing that one was from about 1991. That's just an example, most of the games were old and in rough shape.

The kids wanted to use the trampoline area, and were told that it cost $10 per kid, even after spending over $100 loading up their game cards. Apparently this did not count towards the trampoline.

The place was a ghost town, maybe only 2 or 3 other people were there, and no wonder. We ended up leaving early with a lot of credits left on our game-cards.

Pretty disappointing overall. Chuck-E-Cheese used to be great. What a fall from those days. Expensive, run down, and way out of the way for people outside the South Salt Lake area. Go to Nicklemania instead. Better games and value.
