Did a child's birthday party. Friendly staff, clean, good food!

Kids had a great time with the games. The building is clean for the most part. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Everyone was rude including to the kids, staff had horrible attitudes, and would sigh and roll their eyes anytime they had to help anyone.

Good service, friendly staff, and the price is a bit high but the experience is worth it

It was really fun for my kids. I called last minute to schedule my boy’s birthday and they had everything ready as we walked in the same day. Thank you!

Surprisingly clean and amazing. My kids 3 year old birthday was one everyone enjoyed. They went above and beyond to make my little guys birthday special. The games were excellent, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was one you’d want to party at. Just incredible.

Mariah was amazing! I saw her cleaning, greeting customers, ringing up transactions, working at the prize counter and working in the kitchen. She had a smile on her face and always asked if we needed anything. However, the tall man that was working was appalling! Not once did he offer to help anyone. He stood back with a group of giggly girls (the staff that should have been working) and talked. She had no help and it was was busy. I thought it was a short staff issue. I think it’s a bad manager issue. I could hear him yelling at Mariah over the music and video games. Shame on him! Step up and be a leader! Leave your little harem mentality at home.

I mean, its still in business! Love the hour passes for the games. Makes it so much more enjoyable rather than loading $20 on a card every 10 min like other rip off places. I hope they are able to stick around.

This could be a really fun place, but restricting the jump/ slide area unless you pay another fee on top of the game pass is a lose,lose in my book. Find a way to include it all so kids aren't disappointed when the have to be told NO!

The most expensive birthday package for 20 kids . You would think for that kind of money they would remember the treat bags. The whole experience did not go as smooth as I would have hoped. But the kids did have fun.

Amazing, and our server, although i forget her name, went above and beyond! Thanks to the manager for helping pull off my daughters epic birthday party! 10 out of 10 id reccomend and come back

My kids and husband and I all had a blast was my first time ever going to one loved the smiles I seen on their faces it was great very clean good food as well.

I had an exceptional experience thanks to Anthony the General Manager. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with birthday plans I had coming up. His attention to detail, genuine care, and willingness to help made a huge difference! It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and truly values their customers. I left feeling extremely satisfied and will definitely be returning because of their amazing customer service experience!
