I just got asked to review this place, as if my phone somehow indicated to Google that I was there. When I in fact did not even know an actual Cinnabon store existed. Yet I was close to it? Wow. Well from the Maverick dumpster I know the Cinnabon cinnamon rolls are to die for. So I can only imagine how they taste from the source!

They're are very limited Cinnabon's in the valley but this location is great. A variety of different options for cinnamon buns. The donut holes are my favorite, I think it's bon bites.

Apparently this is not an "actual" Cinnabon location and they are unable to take Cinnabon gift cards. This seems ridiculous to me.

They had fresh beautiful looking specimens just coming out of the oven as you walked into the flying j. They were however a little light on frosting, so we asked for extra frosting and paid for it. Upon opening the bag a mile down the road the frosting was missing. On top of that before we even left the employee nearly tackled my two children as they were attempting to take the paid for merchandise out of the store she claimed that I never paid for it. I had to walk back into the store with my receipt to show them that I paid for it. It is never a good feeling to be treated like a common thief

Absolutely incredible customer service here today. I’m an Aussie and we don’t get Cinnabons and I love them so much. There were no caramel pecan ones left so the lady made me one of the spot and said “Welcome to the USA”. Love this so much.

Don’t bother. I went here to get two six pack of rolls for breakfast for family that was in town seeing as it is the holidays. All the rolls they had were just out of the oven and they said that they had to charge me for each roll individually. If I wanted a six pack, I could come back in a few hours. If you’re telling me that I either need to pay for each roll individually or leave, go home, and come back in a few hours so some of the fresh rolls can cool down, don’t bother. I will never ever be back and I will warn others of the shady price gauging business practices that are going on here.
