Very bad experience here. I had pick up with open doors, outside temperature was 100 degrees and they Loe(worker there) said me wait while the rifer temperature going down till 20. They finished in 2 hours, but I waited 2 hours before cooling my trailer. It was hilarious!

I tried to call and the call dropped twice so I selected a different option from the recorded message and had to leave a message because the lady doesn't come in at 8:00 when the store opens. Never does it say that you can't buy seconds on Friday and never does it say that they don't sell the toffee nor the double fudge seconds as their website shows. The lady told me their website was hacked...THEN FIX IT!

My appointment is at 2 pm, check in at 10:30 am, got the door at 11:40 am and finished at 12:40 pm. Love it. Street parking available

Received two brownies as a gift in the mail, with a “send out” brand card. The brownies were inedible. Stale. Dry. Disgusting. My husband agreed and he’s not picky. We had to throw away both. I see others had similar reviews. Send Out’ needs to know as do their customers.
:( sad they dont have a walk in to buy cookies individually. Every time i smell it in the air i crave it. Maybe if they sold their larger packages to the diesel gas stations near by it would be cool. Fresh local cookies off of California avenue ??

This is a real basic Shipping facility. I actually went around back and then came up and parked on the northside and got out and gave my paperwork to receiving. They then gave me a door right away and I was out within two hours. However don’t go there hungry it smells like cookies. 11/22/21
