Came into an empty restaurant. Wait 10 minutes while no staff even looked at me. 3 of them just pass by on their phone. They are not interested being in the hospitality/service business.

My bill came to about $13 and I put down $20. I wanted change to give an appropriate, 20-25% tip. The waitress asked if I wanted change, I said yes. She pushed the bills aside, glanced at my total and asked again if I wanted change. I again, said yes. She lingered and then asked for a third time. I gave up and said you can have the change. Was the service worth a 50% tip? No. So the waitress's greed was rewarded by this review. I went there today, August 15th, I was there about 10:30-11:25 and my waitress was a female.

The homemade biscuits were delicious. The Cobb salad was absolutely horrible. Chicken was off.

We had such a wonderful experience at Copper Canyon Grill the other week, thanks to Christine! From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly welcomed. She anticipated our needs without us having to ask and ensured everything about our meal was perfect. The level of service really elevated our visit, and we can't wait to return. Thank you for making our dining experience so special!
I’ll make this short. Server was very nice, restaurant got busy but they were understaffed. They brought our food and then totally abandoned us. As in for over 30 minutes I tried to get ketchup for the fries.
And let me tell you about their FRENCH FRIES! Like Ruth’s Chris, sides are add-ons. Fries DO NOT come with your burger. They are $9 bucks! Yes $9 dollars! So, what do these fries look like? Your standard frozen battered fries from the local distributor. $9 for frozen fries people!
I won’t be back and my suggestion would be you find a better place for dinner.
Food and atmosphere were good. Did take over an hour to get served. Did really hear from our server for a 40 min window. Might have just been a busy night

They have a good selection of breakfast items. It's not cheap but the restaurant is comfortable and has a nice interior. I had the avocado toast and really liked it, though it was better some days over others. It's a nice breakfast if you're staying in the hotel.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else
Ordered a cobb salad which was very good. Also ordered Wings which tasted fine however, the larger drums were somewhat cold when you got close to the bone. I ordered a beer and it never arrived from the server. When asked for the check the server apologized for the mix up but still no beer.
Stopped here on the way to explore SLC late afternoon. Was immediately greeted by a cool bartender with great hair. She gave me the rundown on what they had on tap and offered me the bar menu.
I opted for a modelo, took a sip and then looked around.
A very roomy place with little enclaves to sit for privacy. At the end of the bar I saw a very diverse group of people sitting together, chatting about life and enjoying their bar fare.
It was a great vibe.
Five stars.
Was seated when there were 6 people in the restaurant, I waited 30 minutes while every party seated after me had their order taken and finally left without ever seeing my server beyond a glass of water. The servers were too busy arguing with each other to take orders, all seemed to be trying to get tables close to the kitchen door or larger parties rather than taking care of people in order or arrival.
In less time than it took to sit there and try to flag down a server, I was able to walk to another restaurant, order, get my food, eat, and walk back. Just as well, watching the staff argue wasn't helping anyone enjoy their meal.
