Copper Creek is surprisingly good. It took me eight years to try it despite driving by it frequently. The reason it took me so long is I don’t usually like bar food. They tend to be greasy and fine, but not usually worth it unless you are watching sports with a pint. My husband and I finally tried their American burger on Halloween 2023. The bun was perfect and the meat juicy and flavorful. We were so excited. We have been looking for an excellent burger place in the area for years. In the past, when we wanted a good burger, we went Pago. Now we just go here. So far I have only had burgers and the french dip. The french dip is excellent as well. The meat was juicy and flavorful and the bun was chewy.The ambiance is unpretentious but not a dive. The staff is excellent, and the food has come pretty fast every time we have gone.Vegetarian options: Bean burgerParking: Its in a strip mall so there is plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: Kids just can’t sit at the bar.
