This is so far my favorite Costa Vida Location. The staff is outstanding, every time I went through the door the whole staff is welcoming to the place. Abril is my favorite employee, she always take care of my orders, make recommendations, she’s always nice to talk to and I think she’s one of the managers because I always see her taking care of the restaurant, keeping everything clean, stocked and organized. I always came here once a week and I enjoy it every time.

I prefer Costa Vida over cafe rio mainly because they dont charge extra for the grilled chicken here. I also like the tortillas here better although lately I have been requesting the corn tortilla just to have less calories.

I showed up 10 minutes before closing and the girl there was so cheerful and helpful!! Also never ever had a bad meal from Costa!!!

Costa vida was by far my favorite restaurant I would eat there ones a week at least and I've been to most locations in Utah over the past decade. So I truly don't understand how this location has messed up my order every single time. there has problems from wrong meat to missing side items but tonight takes the cake. I was shocked to receive half a salad with barley any meat and half of inch of some liquid filled the WHOLE container like they pored water or something over it.

I'm absolutely disgusted and disappointed because I loved Costco vida but this location ruined it for me for life

I am a frequent customer of this location, as I work at The Gateway. I can not recommend this location more! Their food is consistently fresh. Especially their grilled chicken, mango salsa, and lettuce in the salad. I am VERY impressed by not only their customer service, but how delicious my salad is each time I get lunch here!

Steak tasted fishy

This was a pick up order I made.
I wish I wasn’t about to write this but someone has got to say it.

I ordered extra lettuce on my salad and I was given a small amount of lettuce that was soaked in sauce under a massive layer of tortilla chips. I did not order extra chips but extra cheese, I have 0️⃣ (none at all!) cheese I just realized as I’m writing. Oops.

The blunt truth: If I didn’t want a salad with extra lettuce, I wouldn’t order a salad with extra lettuce….

**at least the taste of the food is good**
Still not worth the $17 I spent on the salad.
I wish I had better things to say. I really do. I hope they can get this right because it seems like there are many other reviews about the lack of lettuce on salads…

I’m not even going to go into the awkward staff interaction I had while there. I get it can be a difficult job to work in the food service industry but there are just some standards that are so simple to follow.. E for effort guys. Idk what to say. I hope yall can figure that one out.

This has been a great visit at this costa vida! I specifically wanted to highlight the mood of the team and their manager. They all seemed in great spirits and helped each other out as a team, typically unseen at other locations. This was also during lunch rush today! Great job to the manager for promoting what seems like a positive culture and nailing the food quality as well.
