Alright, this will be a comprehensive review of this Costa vida, I came on a Monday afternoon with my wife and the place was virtually empty. When it comes to the customer service, it was great, however things took a turn for the worst when they started serving the food. The rice looked like it had been in the warmer since opening, and when the beans were served there was far too much liquid making the whole bowl mushy. When they served the protein it was about 5-6 small slivers of steak...and I was complaining about Chipotle. The guac was oxidized so there was no green color left just dark green/brown. And I had to ask for extra rice and beans for my wife because her entire bowl barely met the halfway line of the actual bowl.I think it might be this location because I've heard good things, otherwise 4/10

Costa Vida offers consistently good, simple, relatively healthy Mexican food (burritos, tostadas, salads, enchiladas, etc), made to go or to stay, assembled to your specifications in front of you while you wait in line. Similar to Cafe Rio, but a little cheaper and with friendlier service from the employees at this location. Generous-sized portions, great for hungry diners. I used to live nearby and I walked here for a quick lunch or dinner several times a month. This Costa Vida now occupies a happy little place in my heart.

Super mid.. Queso isn't nearly as good as Cafe Rio.. Won't be back, it's just not appetizing or appealing.

Tables were dirty, my order got messed up, food was cold, and they were out of chicken. But the drinks were good.

Good food. I go for the nachos with queso. But the sweet pork burrito is still better at Cafe

The food is good, a little pricey considering how little you get. Been to this location a few times and the service is hit or miss, they aren't very friendly here for some reason.

My boys and I visit Costa Vida frequently. There are multiple reasonably-priced entrées that we really like, and the staff at this location are always friendly and approachable.

Service is fast even when there is a long line, food is constant, and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the veggies. This is outside of their control, but I miss their point system now it's a little harder to earn

Compared to other locations this one had very poor quality of food and portions were smaller.

The lady with the dyed red hair was very very kind and organized, and very efficient and fast. I regret not asking her name, but thanks to her for being on top of things. I've had bad experiences here before with some of the other workers slacking off or being dirty, but she seemed to be in charge and was keeping everything moving smoothly

The Costa Vida location I got lunch was at the Delta Center in SLC Utah during the Silicone Slopes event. I got food poisoning from a chicken salad, I was very sick with nauseas, diarrhea, fever, and chills. When I ordered I noticed that they have all salads and different plates already served to take out and although I got suspicious and almost not take the food I thought well since there are a lot of people here they just prepared the orders they have received through the app. Either way, this food made me sick, and I don't recommend any Costa Vida restaurant. It was a really bad experience. This occurred this Wednesday, September 27, 2023, and today 29th I am still with nauseas and stomachache.
