Really great people working at this Costa they always are nice and take care of us quickly and nicely. Really enjoy this experience.
Saul is the absolute GOAT
I love eating here! They make the food so well and are always so happy and genuine! Totally recommend!
Great food and location!
They workers were quick and effective. I love that they weren’t stingy with the food and very friendly! I love Costa Vida food especially this location.
The staff was on there phone and service was terrible food did not stand up to the standards
The food sucks, cafe rio is better.
messed up everything i’ve ordered everytime. i’m so over it
We came in at 7pm (closes at 9pm) and the workers had shut down the line. They seemed extremely upset that people came in. They were completely out of rice and said it would take at least 20 minutes for more. Very disappointing. We left and went to Cafe Rio.
Been here a few times eating lunch at work. All times have been nothing but positive! Friendly staff, clean tables, consistent food. Expect a line of you to anytime between 11-1 for lunch. Shouldn’t take you longer than 10 mins to order.
Restaurantji Recommends
Horrible service, understaffed, do not go to the Costa Vida at the Delta Centrr.
It was my first time trying out Costa Vida and Luis provided a great experience and was very kind. I'll be back for sure! Thanks Luis!
Honestly the WORST EXPERIENCE at any restaurant ever!! I’d be bloody embarrassed if I owned a franchise with such low quality employees!!! Save your money and eat somewhere better around city creek food court . I’m not sure if this is the one I went to specifically, but I know it’s the one inside the food court building. I came in with my wife cus she thought she likes costa vida and immediately I noticed a huge pile of garbage in the trash can and knew something wasn’t right for it not to be emptied. We spend about 5 minutes in like before someone attended to us (and there was only one person ahead of us), then some employee did. He stopped taking our order mid point and we waited for about another minute and half. Then a slimmer dude continued the order till we hit check out. The second dude who was the slimmer dude, Mexican by race was about to leave us at the check point again to go start a fresh order for someone that just came in so I reacted and said “excuse me please we need you to just check us out before we stay here longer, we are already at checkpoint which literally will not take 30 seconds as we only bought a large nachos. He grumpily came to us and told me to watch my tone and don’t talk to him like that. And knowing that I did not yell at him, I just kept my cool while he mumbled and grumbled saying “ no one likes you or want to take your order bruh”. I kinda just looked at the garbage boy in disbelief because a simple form of communication would have made us waited for as longs as they needed but instead no one spoke to us. My wife was so disgusted with him and the service that she would not eat there no more. Literally such a terrible experience, lack of work ethic, lack of communication and from what we saw, lack of quality employees. What is food at a restaurant if it is been served by a rude 5 dollar employee? REALLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE (I’m not sure if all of it is like so), but the one at the saltlake food court is a big NO NO!
When I walked in the employees were grouped together having a conversation and seemed annoyed that I was breaking up their conversation. The restaurant was dirty and they didn’t have a lot of ingredients filled up. Finally after sort of finishing their conversation they started to help me. I looked down and saw the crustiest rice I had ever seen. Even the worker seemed grossed out about it. Didn’t seem to bother him that much because he scoped it right up and put it in my burrito. The food was terrible (my rice was crunchy), the service was terrible, and the restaurant was full of garbage on both the tables and floor. I will not be returning to this location because it was a total joke. I would be embarrassed to own this franchise. Save your money and go to pretty much any other restaurant in this area.
I love Costa Vida I ordered in this location and the food quality is not good and the service compare with other locations, it always missing items, the steak burnt and empty cup.
