Great quick pickup from an online order. I was spotted quickly and our order was ready on projected time. Food was fresh and our preferences were perfected in the order! Customers in line were also very well taken care of and the place was clean, controlled, and everyone was taken care of (in a good way). Can't wait to come back to this location.

Specialty Drinks were empty, no salt was available, food had been sitting for hours and crusted over. The young man helping us was in the process of giving us some guacamole when a woman interrupted him and took the guac away, never to return as she said she would. There were a minimum of four people in the back that walked in while we were paying. We tried your store since one is coming to our area soon. Liberty, MO. We arrived at 4 pm on Friday 12/12/25.

Good food as you would normally expect from Costa Vida so not complaints there. However the staff here appear entirely incompetent. Everything was fine until we got to the register. Tried to use starving student card which is pretty common discount program here. Nope, couldn't handle that. Then I tried to use a Costa vida gift card instead. Nope, couldn't handle that. Said there was no balance even though I just bought it last week. Get it together folks.

I wanted to report an issue I experienced today at your Costa Vida location at 4361 S State St, Murray, UT 84107. When I asked a question about my order — specifically about adding extra cheese instead of being charged for a full second entrée — the manager, Francisca, became very rude.

While I was still trying to figure out what to order, she told me, “If you don’t want to eat, I’ll help the next person,” even though I was actively trying to complete my order. When she started helping the next customer, I asked her a question and she completely ignored me. It felt very unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a management position.

I left feeling disrespected, and I even wondered if I was treated that way because I speak Spanish. Regardless of the reason, customers should always be treated with basic respect.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because this experience was extremely disappointing.

I love costa vida. I avoid the city creek sore because something is wrong with my order every time. I have 3 times now ordered a regular salad and instead received a small size. Don’t get me wrong. It still tastes good. I should just get What I pay for, and it has happened several times now, not just the salad.
