There was an issue with my order, when I told the manager, Damian, the issue he told me he couldn’t help me, which was fine. But he wouldn’t stop bugging me and asking me what was else wrong when I already told him the issue. The guy doesn’t listen and kept asking, he started raising his voice so the whole restaurant was listening and watching. Can’t believe Costa Vida hired this guy…

Hardly any meat in the burrito! Has happened multiple times to me and other co workers. Its actually a running joke amount our group. Not sure why I keep going back. Might be time to go full time to Rio!

Small portions for how expensive it is.
We caught very obvious attitude for asking whether we can have veggies or rice & beans in burritos instead of meat. That was uncalled for and unprofessional.
The worker giving us attitude seemed to be the lady of highest rank of the three on the front line at 2pm on Wednesday. The other two ladies did their best to help us - thank you to them!

We ordered online for an in-person pick up and the staff working was awesome! Super nice and communicative. The Foothill location had to close early because Foothill Village had a power outage, so this team was handling a ton of online orders and did a great job!

Muy feo servico la verdad. They were speaking spanish to each other in Spanish but didn't even try with my in laws who don't speak English. They stopped helping us and then started helping the person in line behind us before finishing our order. Horrible service!

This Costa Vida team is the best!!! I'm so grateful for them, especially Saul, Sheena and Kytreena. I needed a last minute lunch for 10 people and I realize that I gave them a tall order at the last minute. They were fast, patient and so helpful in getting my order ready fast. Thank you thank you thank you for hiring such a great group of people! They saved the day for me today.

Food was fine but this was some of the sorry-est service I ever saw in my sweet life. Staff all looks miserable and has no problem making everyone else miserable too. The icing on top was when they failed to apply my discount despite saying they would, and then made no effort whatsoever to fix it.
