Cuisine Unlimited Catering & Special Events

Do NOT use this catering company. We made a huge and very costly $5k mistake by using them for my daughter’s wedding and I’m hoping to prevent others from having the same outcome we did.
In a nutshell, we paid $5k for table linens, servers, light appetizers and “petit” dessert buffets for 80 that ran out within 30 min (menu items were poor quality, small, amounts inadequate, thus the running out before half of our guests had even gone through the line, and an almost inedible wedding cake that did not look like the one we ordered and was LEANING. Overpriced, underwhelming and completely disappointing.

Here’s the long version:
Planning a wedding from halfway across the country, we looked at the reviews online, pictures of the events where it was beautiful, food looked delicious. The planner put us at ease with our menu, set up, etc. We wanted light appetizers and desserts and wedding cake for our guests, as the wedding didn’t begin until 7 because of the time constraints of the museum where it was held; we advised guests the refreshments would be light. I would have assumed the planner would advise on amounts as well as menu items so we went with the amount she quoted (80 of each item), changed the menu to add in some additional things, and sent a picture of what we wanted the cake to look like and had high expectations. I have no other way to say it but that I was completely embarrassed at my daughter’s wedding by what was served It was a small wedding (about 80 guests.) The food wasn’t set up at the contracted time (we had to find them and tell them they needed to set up) , the food and desserts ran out within 30 or 40 min so any guests who wandered the museum missed out, water ran out and guests had to wait to drink. The food was very underwhelming and some of our surprises that night included: chicken skewers served cold; tiny phyllo pockets so small you could barely taste the Brie and pear inside; caprese skewers with ONE cherry tomato and ONE piece of cheese in total; HALF a small melon ball with prosciutto; “petit” desserts which meant ONE BITE macarons, lemon triangles, etc.
The biggest surprise? The wedding cake we ordered did NOT look like the pictures we sent and worst of all it was LEANING and we thought it was going to fall over. The topper of the evening? The cake was almost inedible, I could have gotten a better tasting cake at a grocery store. See the picture below. The 3 tier cake is the one Cuisine unlimited made for us (side note: they put artificial flowers on the cake? The one we requested had none!)
I’m used to using catering, I understand pricing, etc, but I also expect quality to equal the price paid. Talking it over after with some close family members they almost fell over when I told them how much it was- what we received was that bad.

If I had any idea what this would have been like I never would have gone with this company. Look elsewhere.

Cuisine Unlimited did the absolute best job with our brunch for my sisters Bachelorette! They were so helpful when planning the menu and any additional needs leading up to the event and were even able to accommodate a last minute change before the brunch. Highly recommend to anybody for any event!

We used Cuisine Unlimited for what felt like absolutely everything at our wedding. They helped us from the start catering a very tailored menu of fusion foods to help make our interracial wedding absolutely beautiful. We also used Cuisine Unlimited as our vendor to bring all of our rentals, so they brought our tables, flatware, plateware, chairs, linens. Outside of all the planning and decisions they helped us perfectly land with those two topics, Abby and Elysia from their team also found us our DJ within our budget and helped so much on day-of tasks. Elysia helped me with my collar and filled our flower cones down the aisle even though it wasn't their job to do. Abby ALWAYS was so quick to respond and really cared for every piece of feedback we had. Their team did such a good job of flipping our space to host our wedding ceremony and our dinner. As long as Abby and Elysia are at the company, I highly recommend Cuisine Unlimited for your wedding.

I worked with cuisine unlimited for my casual backyard wedding reception. The tasting was great and Isabelle was extremely helpful and kind. Our event went really well and our food was well enjoyed. Thank you to the team for being so helpful and kind!

I had the wedding reception with them a couple of years ago. Their job turned out little differently from how I discussed with them previously. For example, when they propose five different servers for food for less than 20 people including two of us, I was doubtful and suggested reduction the number of them. However, it was surprising they still bring 5 people only for food in addition to other staff on the day of my event. Certainly, I had to pay for that and I felt so betrayed.

Just met with Isabelle & Nelson to go over the items for my event. Isabelle nailed the food options and gave me so much delicious food to choose from! They designed a perfect set up for me to see and I couldn't be more happy to work with them! If you want a company that knows that they are doing, this is it! :)

If I could give 10 stars I would! This is hands down the best catering company to work with. They executed my entire vision perfectly. They didn't tell me no like other companies had during my planning process. Their food tasted amazing and their staff is extremely professional and fun! They even came in at the last minute to take care of something another vendor wasn't able to execute.

I love working with Cuisine Unlimited! Abby Radtke is extremely knowledgeable and helps me choose the perfect menu for each event. Loved working with Cuisine Unlimited! They were so fast at getting me a price breakdown and gave me great options for hors d’oeuvres that fit within the specified color palate.People always eat with their eyes first and the presentation was just as beautiful as the food was delicious! Cuisine Unlimited catered an event for us on January 19th. Cuisine Unlimited did a wonderful job with the event. The employees showed up on time and did a great job with the setup and takedown. The food for the event was fabulous, all of the guests at the event loved the food and could not stop raving about it. Overall the experience with Cuisine Unlimited was top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are my go-to for corporate events. I cannot begin to express how awesome this company is. Abby is a rockstar, and everyone who comes out to our facilities is professional, timely, and amazing. Their food is next level, and we will continue to use them time and time again!

AMAZING Catering company. They came in at the last hour and saved my company party when a previous caterer didn't work out. They were on top of EVERYTHING and had SO many amazing options to choose from. Everyone loved the food they provided and the service was exceptional! I worked with the owner, Abby, and she was by far the easiest and most helpful caterer I've ever worked with. Will definitely be using them again and again.
