Love their food, specially their noodles. Stuff and manager are very friendly

So bummed about my last 2 orders. I spent over $40 and can't even get my orders correct. I used grub hub so it's not like I was there to see that they didn't add the correct stuff. But nothing like asking for and willing to pay for extra sauce and not receiving ANY on 2 different orders 2 weeks apart.

Go here if you want ultra Americanized Korean food without the goodies like Kimchi and with a sugar count that will make your face blush and your stomach burn like cheap liquor.Super friendly and helpful staff.

This location is not the best location, in my opinion. They don't have the typical set up at this location. Normally you can go along a line to the cash register ordering and modify your food as you add each item, sort of similar to "Subway" sandwiches. Instead, you order at the cash register and hope they get your order correct. If you're a fan of their brown rice option, instead of the white rice, do not have that available at this location. Parking is also tricky, since it's in the heart of downtown. Their food is typically good, so I recommend going to a different Cupbop location (Fashion Place mall is a good one).

This isn't Korean food. Scraps of meat drowned in sauce and mixed with warm iceberg lettuce. Chickqueen is a much better Korean fast food option. As a half Korean, I am ashamed that people associate this food with Korea. See my review of their other location downtown for my longer rant lol.

I go here all the time, they have the best food!!! Don't forget to put the lid on and shake the cup!!!

Except for a few small items, all the food here is rice, cabage and noodle in a cup with several different choices of meat or vegetarian items plus a choice of sauces. Meat choices include Korean barbecue beef and chicken, and potstickers. The veggie choices are vegetables and tofu. Sauces range from very mild to very hot. It's all quite good. The food is put together at a counter, like at Subway, so this is fast food.

Floor and restroom were dirty. Floor was super sticky. Unpleasant atmosphere. Did not get part of my order.

Please note the following review discusses an incident that occurred at the Midvale, UT Cup Bop location. **DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE CELIAC DISEASE!!!** Neither me or my friend will EVER eat at any Cup Bop location again. We placed two orders for their "Gluten Free" Kko Kko Bop (Korean Style BBQ Chicken w/ rice, cabbage and noodle). In the notes part of the online order form we wrote "**severe gluten allergy**. When we picked up the food we asked "this is gluten free right?" twice, and both times the server confidently said yes. My friend fell so ill she couldn't stand. The food was undoubtedly contaminated with gluten. They clearly did not follow the appropriate procedures for gluten free cooking. Perhaps the ingredients are gluten free, but for someone with severe Celiac gluten allergy cross contamination (cooking with kitchen utensils, appliances or surfaces used on non gluten free items) can incapacitate the person for hours to days. New Year's Eve plans are now ruined and my freind may have to use sick time off from work. It's a fairly simple concept and process. If you can't prepare the food 100% gluten free, don't claim to serve gluten free items on your menu. It's completely preventable. If you really want to I suppose you could put "gluten free ingredients used" on the menu and people with Celiac will know that cross contamination is likely. To say GF on the menu one would hope that cross contamination would not be an issue. Not only will neither of us eat at this Cup Bop again, but we won't eat at any Cup Bop again and will not be recommending it to anyone. I'll be demanding a refund as well.

The food we could eat tasted good. Of three items ordered, only one was correct. Bought from the food truck in Bountiful.
