Cupbop - Korean BBQ

I’ve been a Cupbop regular for a number of years, and I’ve noticed over time that the portions (specifically protein) keep getting smaller. I’ve started ordering extra protein for this very reason, however it’s not always easy to tell if I got what I paid for. I wish the extra protein was put in a small separate container for takeout so you could see that you have it.

Tonight I ordered extra chicken (which is about a 25% price increase) and when I got home I had FOUR pieces of chicken along with 6 pieces of tofu. This is an unacceptable amount of chicken for a standard combo order, much less when I pay $2.50 for extra. They used to fill the entire cup up with food and now it doesn’t. I think there needs to be at least 50% more protein for the standard Cupbop and then another 50% increase if you pay for extra. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to any Cupbop anytime soon.

I love CupBop and was excited to have one close to my work.

It was so bad. I got the Ugly Bop and the chicken was dry and rock hard. I asked for a spice level 7, it was a zero because there was no sauce on it.

Really disappointed.

Delicious food. James provided amazing service and was so friendly. He apologized about being out of one item but was very nice and made up for it with his service.

Ordered take out and the ENTIRE ORDER was incorrect. No sauce included in our bowls and Korean corn dogs did not have sausage as ordered!

The young man at the counter had the personality of a rock. Tiny dining area with only 2 tables and was not the most inviting atmosphere. Although, the food was quite delicious.

I ordered online 30 minutes before closing. I got there 15 til, and picked up my order. the bowls weren’t even halfway full!! no noodles in sight. No heads up either.

The young man that helped us me and my mom were extremely friendly fast courteous and more than helpful it was a nice experience we chatted with a couple other patrons Cupbop is absolutely one of my favorite places to eat my mom is up to level seven on the heat

I’ve been to the cupbop in Park city, and have always loved it! I just went to this location since I moved in the area and was super bummed at the quality. I got the veggie and tofu Cupbop, and the tofu was hard and stale.
