Love cupla coffee! The food is always delicious, drinks are always perfect, and I love the location and atmosphere. Proud to be a repeat customer

Nice haven on a Sunday morning in SLC. SLC is very quiet on Sunday and it’s prefect to hand at a clean, well lit place with a flat white and SEC croissant.

I went today to get a latte, but waited for a half an hour and still did not have my drink. I ultimately had to leave before being able to get it. Everyone else was waiting just as long as me. If you can’t get drinks out timely, customers need to be told that before you charge their card. I have never been to a coffee shop that took 30 minutes to not even get a drink. I’ve now paid for my order and had to leave without it.

Tried local coffee spot. Was not impressed at all. Tried their house special drink for the season and was really disappointed as it just tasted like milk with light syrup. Didn’t get that normal coffee taste I was expecting. Nice little coffee shop in the heart of SLC but just wasn’t for me.

Excellent coffee and service. Lots of room to sit and enjoy your coffee. A large selection of sweet pastries. All too sweet for me but tempting.

We grabbed some choice drinks - rose matcha latte, turmeric chai latte, and a cup of cold brew - for our breakfast to go before our morning hike.

While the friendly owner made our drinks, she chatted with us and gave some free treats to the doggies, which made the entire experience much more neighborly. Plus the indoor space is clean & comfortable. Giving ideal coffee vibes.

I enjoyed my drink, cold and seasoned, without too much sweet. There's plenty of other specials to keep things interesting too. Great place for treat yourself beverages.

Lattes were good although the flavored ones were so subtle they might have been plain by mistake. Donut was only sweetness, no richness. Cheese danish was dry and forgettable. Chia pudding was nice. Service is friendly but slow. Sat both inside and outside; nice places to read and linger with drink. Appreciate the cash discount.

Great coffee in a cool atmosphere with great, quick service.

Outdoor seating is limited but awesome on a nice morning.

Would highly recommend this place for their cold brew and donuts.

I got a black coffee here around 11:30 AM and it was warm, not hot. Which, ok, maybe it was time for a new batch, but honestly regardless of temperature, it tasted terrible. Definitely some off flavors in the light roast. I also ordered a bagel and the chia pudding, which were fine. This isn't the spot if you don't want a specialty drink.

Baristas, please do not blast derogatory music throughout, especially with small kids around. We could all do without hearing the F bomb continuously while enjoying our morning coffee. The owner of the coffee shop might agree… this only upset me because of the family next to us with three small children that ended up leaving due to your negligence.

I ordered an apple matcha latte and a cinnamon coffee cake, and unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy either. The matcha had no flavor at all — it literally tasted like water — and the coffee cake was frozen, as if it had just been taken out of the fridge. It was not good at all.

It’s also clear that the girls working at the counter have little to no training or knowledge about what they’re serving. Management really needs to step up and improve product quality and staff training because this spot actually has potential — it’s in a great location with a nice, clean layout.

I’d recommend Cupla Coffee as a quiet place to work or study, since it’s calm and peaceful, but unfortunately, I can’t recommend their drinks or food at this time.

I’d advise anyone to get coffee, breakfast, and/or work from their laptop in a cafe to go elsewhere.

The bacon egg and cheese was really bad quality (please, just toast the bagel and don’t include lettuce).

The coffee was okay, and the workers were perfectly pleasant, but I’d beg the business owners to review products, service standards, and atmosphere.
