Dave & Buster's Salt Lake City

Love the games, bring my wife and sun once in a blue moon but gotta say the restaurant side is terrible. I've tried multiple times and I cannot for the life of me find a time when servers actually help you. The last 2 times I've taken my family here, it took 15 minutes plus before a server would even acknowledge us. This is the second time in a row my family and I have had to just get up and leave because we can't get served. I won't be going back at this point outside of playing games and even that is something I'm on the fence about now considering the number of other arcades we can go to at this point.

Thanks for the games. No thanks for the shitty lack of service.

Great place for family!

Our experience was great even though the power went out. We ordered are food right before the power went out but the food still came out right away. Would definitely go back when in town!

Food good

The fire alarm went off right after we ordered our food today, and the games shut off. Frank, Christian, and Nathan all did a great job taking care of the guests. They took a challenging situation and turned it into an excellent guest service situation. The food was really good and the facility was clean. This is the best service we have ever experienced at a Dave & Busters.

Overall, we like this place, our visit was weird. Our server was good, but the bar refused to make virgin daiquiris or Pina colada claiming they didn't know how. What?! Just weird. Either clueless or lying. Poor experience. Food was good as usual. The bar experience though? One star or less.

Birthday party mix up turned into a great evening! The manager and server went above and beyond to make my sons night was perfect!

We had a reserved table for a large group. It took 1 hour to get our drinks!!! Then another hour to get our food. Food came out cold. For the amount of money we spent, it's wasn't worth it!!!!!!

Some servers did not come in to work, which made the wait longer. The front staff were not very nice or informative of the situation which made everyone wonder when they or when we were going to get a table

We came here to watch some March madness. The cauliflower Elliott taste, chips and salsa, guacamole, and Dave & Buster's burger with bacon, all delicious. Also the brownie dessert was phenomenal.

The bartender that we were served by was horrible very unprofessional. They had a special going on for Valentine's Day that we inquired about before we got our ticket. He said he didn't have enough time to re-ring it. I asked why he went to go talk to the manager, the manager, then told him that he was to give us the Valentine's Day Special. He does not handle himself professionally and was just lazy about the service and situation. Another employee tried to defuse the situation and made it worse because it was just uncomfortable moment, with somebody's lack of professionalism.

would have been fun if my birthday dinner wasn’t hosted and served by someone who didn’t seem to have any interest in serving us. we all waited forever for refills, food was cold, the kids meal was served all alone 25 mins before any of us got our food so he had to eat alone, and then my friend got her food 20 min after we all ate so she ate alone (thanks for comping that!!), i’m sad my parents had to pay so much for such a disappointing experience. fun atmosphere but hopefully if you’re coming here to enjoy a birthday dinner you get a different server than we had. manager should’ve been better at addressing our complaints & offered some sort of refund, this was a 0/10 dinner lol we own a store & we can’t imagine treating someone coming in for a birthday like we didn’t care to serve them/make sure they’re treated well.

Veterans Day was absolutely perfect. Uniquely crafted cocktails a free meal and phenomenonal service.

Wife and I went on Wednesday, where the games are 1/2 price. We didn't eat in. Had an excellent time just playing games. Only had a couple issues, mainly because the game card we used is old, and we couldn't tap to play. We had to insert it into each machine. Some of them took a try or two before it worked.

Minor gripe. Some of the games are not with like games as well. For example, put all racing games together. That way they'd be easier to find. We didn't know there was a Mario Kart machine until we were told so. Just never made it over to that section. Maybe hang a sign or something?
