Food is yummy and big portion. You'll love this sandwich that I got if you're a fan of dill flavored food or someone who likes a little bit of sourness. Pork was fried nicely crisp.

My hubby and I stopped in for the first time ever to use a gift card. OMG, it was amazing! Hubby said his chopped cheese sandwich was unlike anything he’s ever had before, in a good way, and the potato salad was a surprise treat. I had the turkey which looked exactly like the menu picture- that doesn’t happen very often and tasted really good . Katy was super helpful and informative. Definitely worth a repeat.

Absolutely delicious food. Sandwiches are the perfect lunch, and Deadpan knocks them out of the park. The sandwiches look exactly as they are photographed, the price is high but the quality justifies the cost. I will happily pay 15$ for an awesome sandwich. I see only one flaw with the business, and that’s the service. I have received flat, mediocre service every time I have ordered. However, I come for the food, not the service, so I can overlook that. I have loved everything I have tried so far and will happily keep returning! Thank you Deadpan!

Hands down one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while! Shared the chopped cheese sandwich with my husband to give it a try.

We both usually hate tomato’s on stuff yet in the sandwich it blended in so well that we both surpisingly loved it! The slight heat in the sandwich combined with the spices in the meat worked so amazing and reminded me of a delicious home cooked meal! 🥰

They had options for both regular and vegan customers so definitely would recommend.

Definitely planned to come here more often when we’re around in the SLC area! 🫶🏻

This was my first time in to this shop, and there is a lot I want to say. The love and dedication put into the preparation and service here is phenomenal. Each sandwich is lovingly crated with skill and patience so everything comes out perfect. I’m not a big fan of tomatoes, but getting the Chopped Cheese sandwich this time in…. I didn’t even notice it blended so well with the spices of the beef the mayo the bread it just accentuated all those flavors together. not too spicy, just enough of a kick on the back end so your mouth stays warm for minutes after.

This shop puts excellence and care first above anything else everything is crafted. Well the staff is friendly and that’s not just because I’m the cousin of the owner. We laughed because he didn’t even recognize me at first. Yet still treated with respect definitely friendly to the LGBTQIA+ community. This is a wonderful place to eat and if you want to stop in for a quick bite of something absolutely delicious? Come in here!

I don’t know how someone said this place had the best potato salad ever, but me and my family (Texans) voted this potato salad the worst in Utah. It tasted like they confused horseradish for mayonnaise. Is that even possible? I wondered if they meant to call it something else other than potato salad. The dill and the profuse horseradish in this potato salad made this taste like wasabi. Why is potato salad spicy?? Instead of a mouthful of fatty creamy mayo and potatoes, it was a mouthful of wasabi potatoes. I do not recommend this one bit. We spent $5 on an inedible side dish and were grateful that’s all we ordered.
