This is not a food issue but a customer service issue . My car had a flat tire the person next to me driving told me. The closest place I could pullover to was Denny . My cell phone was dead . I thought since it was a restaurant they would have a phone for me to use right? I went in and I’m not sure if it was the hostess or waitress probably in her 50s or 60s tells me there is no phone there to use. I think she felt bad because I was stranded . She said I could use her phone . I told her I’d she had a charger all I needed was to charge my phone to call my husband to come and help me . She said she didn’t have one and why don’t I charge my phone in my car I told her I had an older car and the outlet doesn’t work . So she told me I had to sit on the bench they had there . I can’t go outside.(I wasn’t planning on doing that) and she dialed the number for me. I hurried up and called my husband to come. After I hung up she asked if I had emergency assistance I said I couldn’t even call or check because my phone was off. I’m grateful she let me use her phone . But not everyone is a thief or a lowlife I literally just needed help .

A super nice lady that served us today had the lumberjack grand salmon them my father got the fried chicken dinner thing with Mac and garlic bread and fries pretty affordable on 50 bucks for two including a drink

I had a great experience in every regard except for one. My server was Dee and she was sweet and very attentive and my food was great. However....I overheard Dee and serval other employees being loudly and rudely reprimanded by their manager, Natasha McGowin. I found this deeply unprofessional and improper. Again my server and the hostess were excellent and my food was great but as a customer I shouldn't be hearing managerial corrective actions while trying to enjoy my breakfast.

When we walked up to the counter to pay, the young woman who was managing evening shift was dealing with an ignorant combative man who was unhappy about his bill and threatening to walk out without paying. The young woman handled the situation expertly.
