Dickey's Barbecue Pit

Went here with my family to eat. Workers didn’t seem to know what to do when it comes to using coupons. Took like 15 mins to figure how to use a 5 dollar off coupon. Food was dry, kinda tasteless tonight, and seemed like small portions. I don’t know if it was just this location but didn’t have any problems like this at other locations. I might go again but the rest of my family was disappointed for their first time.

Can't add extra bbq sauce online n when I called you have to pay to add a sauce, so my sandwich ended up too dry. Very sad the company couldn't part with .50 cents to have a repeat customer.

Incompetent staff. Ordered 3 meat plate and only got grisly chopped brisket. Food tasted bad, the brisket chili also was terrible with hard pieces of meat. I will never get food from this establishment again, ridiculous prices for tiny portions. You should probably train your staff to be able to read an order

Went today when the teens were working. found this in my food. Also, do you guys not require uniforms, the girl had on a fuzzy hairy sweater when serving my food. I typically enjoy eating here but im not sure ill be back to this location.

Plenty of parking, ample dining area. Food was served hot and tasted good. I am only giving 3 stars because at 3:30 pm on a saturday they had no chili as such I could not order the loaded fries, and the ice cream machine had an out of order sign.
Otherwise would have been a 5 star visit

Overpriced. Tasted awful. INFACT As I am typing this I am nauseous from their food on the side of the road. Go to McDonalds even that would taste better than Dickies. Canned Alpo would have been better. 50.00 WASTED.

Ordered online. The website kept going back and forth between giving me 20% off my first order, and a discount for me being a first time customer, so I needed to pay in full. The root beer was very watered down. The ribs were okay; I just know I can get better quality at other BBQ joints. For it being along 5600 West, I never see anyone there.

Loved the customer service i had. Don’t remember her name but wanted me to eat the food while it was warm so she gave me my plate and my son that was still in line pay while i was eating already hahahah. Food perfect flavor, nothing to complain about.
Like to go there every 3-4 weeks.
Recommended, not expensive but wish they can serve a better portion.
