Food was good. Cashier didn't know the menu or ingredients. A little small for a restaurant.

The portions are abysmally tiny compared to my first visits and the price rise was the nail in the coffin you let me down doki

The crepe cakes are great but everything else is painfully slow. I had to leave before getting half my order because it took so long.

Not what it used to be with delicious ice cream creations but still good! Fluffy pancakes! Get a reservation for them! The drinks are bomb-tastic!

Extremely Overrated!

We travelled to go here, specifically to try their desserts and drinks. We went there to check out what was all the hype about honestly we regret going there. Their customer service was very poor.

We order two different drinks,I got the Ube latte is too sweet for me and my partner got a Crimson berry which is too sour. Their desserts/pastries are okay. I don’t usually give a bad review but this store didn’t pass my standards when it comes to customer service and quality of their products.

The crepe cakes were disappointing, I feel like I tasted no cake and all cream/frosting. I’ve had good Mille crepe cakes before and in comparison this just tasted not too much different a basic super sweet sheet cake from a grocery store bakery…

Waited quite a long time in line, opted to just get slices in the display so I didn’t have to wait longer… still ended up waiting another ten minutes to have four slices taken out of the display and packed up.

At $10 a slice I was really disappointed, especially after reading many positive reviews…

The desserts were very good. The coffee was the worst I’ve had in a long time. The iced latte tasted like gas station drip over ice with sweet cream. The americano was also weirdly sweet and had a very strange taste.

Mediocre customer service. Would have been nice to have a printed menu. We had trouble getting the menu using a QR code. Hostess just stood there like "good luck ." Our fluffy pancakes were fun. This could be a really cute fun place but there was a lack of enthusiasm. Kind of blah.

Hello Buddy

Avoid visiting! on February 14th. I placed my order an hour in advance, received confirmation, but upon arrival, I found my order had been canceled. The lack of communication was astounding. Today, I ordered nearly 14 hours ahead, and when the time came, my order was again canceled. As I mentioned, it's better to head to the 7-Eleven down the street for donuts. At least I managed to write my first Google review, hoping it helps someone else save time. If the owner reads this, consider widening the hallway; it was so crowded I could barely move without bumping into everyone and their mothers.

Tell the owners to put the reservation button on google maps and the front page of their website.
The place was empty we came in minutes after opening and they turned us away because we didn’t have a reservation. I Won’t make the time to come back ever again. Terrible experience had to be sure I mentioned it on my local account too. Place was kinda dingy/dirty too.

Don’t bother coming here. They are “too popular” to take walks in. Very disappointed will probably never take the time to come here again. How do you make more money if you don’t take more than reservation. Prob why they almost closed in the first place.

I normally hate to leave reviews like this (look at my profile if you don’t believe em) but I’m disappointed.

I’ve yet to try the desserts here, I’ve tried ordering six times through DoorDash and it’s been canceled and refunded after 20 minutes every single time.

I tried to place the order online through their system and canceled as well. Really glad I didn’t walk the ten minutes to grab it.

Won’t try an eighth time, shame because it looks good and the news ran a story about how they’re at risk of closing.

The pancakes were fluffy and delicious, unfortunately they were out of the Dubai chocolate but would definitely come back to try again. We got our pancakes in 20 minutes. Seems like they need more workers, they are hustling hard to get everything out!
