I ordered a pizza at the 2285 South Redwood Rd. location and had a horrible experience so I stopped here on my way home and had an excellent experience! Restaurant employee greeted me when I walked in gave me my order told me to have a great Rest of my night and told me about the experience I had up the road. This is my regular Domino’s I go to I should’ve came here. Always a great experience when I order here.

They don't answer the phone. Employees are lazy. I'm a dominoes lover but I have never seen a dominoes this disorganized. Took 20 minutes to even get started on the order when Im the only one in there. I would fire all these lazy

I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone to order carry out so I went in and asked them about it and the girl had a big smirk on her face and said she didn't hear it ring, I tried calling one more time and heard the phone ring just fine the whole 30 minutes I was waiting for my pizza there were 2 workers sitting there while one guy would occasionally do some work on a pizza my dough was sitting there for 15 minutes while everyone was taking a break. Would not recommend this Domino's would give 0 stars if possible.

They wouldn't answer the phone, then when we showed up they took 20 minutes to start on the pizza after I placed the order. There was always at least 2 employees sitting and doing nothing.

My favorite thing about all of these reviews is the customers never say they are rude themselves.I’ve been in the store picking up my order and it’s always ONE persons working and getting their behinds handed to them with customers yelling at them across the store about things out of the employees control.People get upset for mistakes that they make and get upset for not getting sauces they they don’t even order or they cost extra. My pizzas are always fire when I pick them up and everyone is always so nice even when they are alone so busy. Maybe if people were kind to them they would be kind to you

Ordered online said it was gunna be 23mins then the tracker said it was delivered and it wasn't called and they said it's an hour behind we have 4 orders in front of you,then hung up.. when the pizza finally got here the lady who delivered asked for a tip !?!?! WHAT????? the pizza was super sour like the nasty sour something on that pizza was old AF... not okay at all!! really needs to be a negative rating

If I could give minus stars I would. I got a 75 dollar order and when it showed up my lava cake looked like someone smashed a box, and they refused to give icing when we have gotten icing with it every single time. Also don't order add ons the "boss" there told me they are "weighing out their toppings because her bosses boss" is coming in tonight. And the banana peppers are the "heaviest topping" so you gave me 5 of them. And when I asked to speak to someone who can fix this she told me she refuses to help me and then hung up. So I guess I'll go to another location that understands customer service because being as such that manages a store of another business this was ridiculous and to say the least the worst customer service I have EVER in my entire life received. Why are there people in this world who refuse to take accountability or ownership and fix an issue when I paid over 70 dollars. Oh and here are pictures to prove this atrocity along with the store number #7591 and a manager who is super rude and wants to blame everybody else for her terrible service not to mention I gave them another try after last time ordering through them I paid and never even got my order at all I'm done with dominoes and the girl at this location deserves to be fired or demoted I understand if a customer is swearing at you and calling you names to hang up on them but I addressed the issue and was pretty much told to get lost. In no way shape or form was this fixed or even acknowledged.

I order here way more than I should, and it’s always good and almost never a long wait. They don’t answer the phone when you call that’s the only thing I could say but still giving 5.

Placed online order at 10:53 am, tracker went into Prep status. Confirmation indicated 25-35 min delivery timeframe. At 11:35 I checked and it now says the order was started to prep at 11:30 am. Tried to call the branch and it rings endlessly, no one answers. Can’t find a corporate customer care # anywhere. Filled out online customer care complaint asking for full refund. It has now been more than an hour and my order has still not left the branch to be delivered. Absolutely horrible experience. I would stay away from ordering from this location. Dominos customer service is non-existent.

I live up the street and couldn't wait for a Pizza joint close by. Thank you Dominos and to your hard working employees that stick it out on a day to day basis, especially on our side of town. Give them a raise $$.

John is a rockstar. I can feel he prepared our food with so much love and good vibes because our pizzas and brownies were just delicious. He's a really nice person and very good customer service guy. I wish everybody was like him.Thank you!I'll keep coming back to this location to get more tasty food and great service.
