This is a good locations, that delivers quickly and the food is great! My biggest complaint and why im lowering the score is that consistently they forgot to add buffalo sauce to the pizzas. Like out of my last 10 pizzas, only 1 had buffalo sauce on it and since toppings are extra, I pay extra each time for nothing. Please just add the buffalo sauce.... I dont understand how this topping is consistently missed

I had to get Colby’s name so I could thank him for the great pizza! He did his THING making it and cooked it perfectly! I usually go to a different one on state street but will come here more often. Thanks again Colby for your great service and making dinner tonight enjoyable!

Damon, has excellent customer service. I dropped some of my order. He immediately said it’s okay we will make more for you.
I will always be coming back to this location. Thank you!

Adam was our delivery driver, delivered to our babysitter and kids. There was an issue with the credit card and Adam got ahold of me so I could resolve it instead of making the babysitter feel bad. Seems like a little thing but actually incredibly thoughtful and generous. Thank you Adam!

Worst dominos I have ever purchased from. My medium sausage pizza had barely any cheese and averaged two pieces of sausage per slice. One slice had zero sausage on it. Pathetic. Will never return...will try the Pizza Hut down the street.
Last time I ordered they sent the wrong pizza. They did replace it but it was an extra wait. This time when I ordered, pizza was delivered to my neighbors house instead, and even after getting the pizza, both pizzas were undercooked and had uncooked dough in the crust. I requested one of these pizza well done as well so it being undercooked is quite frustrating. I had a couple slices but honestly it’s hard to eat being this doughy.
This place used to be so good. But the quality has gone way down especially if you don't order the stuffed crust. Regular pizza is dry.

I was in the parking lot riding a bike and one of the drivers wasn’t paying attention and backed out super fast and almost hit me then threw up their arms like it was my fault. they weren’t paying attention and slammed the gas when backing out, I wasn’t expecting an apology or anything, but to have them get mad at me for them almost hitting me was crazy. teach your workers some respect and how to drive

I'm now 0/6 on my order being correct the past 6 times I've ordered from this location. Somehow they have messed up the order every single time... Not simple things either. Everything from completely missing several items of an order to somehow not putting ANY ingredients on one of the sandwiches... When I called they told me that I'd need to pay another delivery fee for them to replace the item... It's also infuriating how often the delivery drivers don't bother to read the instructions on the orders and BANG on my door when I specifically write not to knock or ring a doorbell. I genuinely don't understand a lot of the issues that have taken place with this location especially since all the orders are online and are spelled out on the receipts. This location needs a managerial shake up immediately.

What a dough mess. This is a pan pizza.

Took over an hour to deliver a cold pizza. Dominos obviously doesn’t have the adequate staff. Don’t get hook by coupons.

I ordered a pizza online, and I received a message that they were preparing my order and it would be ready for pickup in 25 or 30 minutes. We arrived at the location at the 30 minute mark, but no one delivered our pizza. We waited 15 more minutes, for a total of 45 minutes after I was promised it would be ready in 30. I went into the store and inquired about my pizza. They said it would be ready in another 10 or 15 minutes. I cancelled my order and I'll never do business there again. They didn't even look busy. They didn't need to promise my pizza would be ready in 25 or 30 minutes, but they did. Their promises are completely empty.

Have had negative experiences with this Dominos (Millcreek, Utah) until spring 2025. Because of this, I have lately visited the store to order my pizza because there have been too many problems with wrong pizza delivered, no pizza delivered, etc., yet we continue to order the very same pizza each time as we have done for the last 4 years. The outsourcing of the phone for phone orders is annoying to say the least. We HATE it.
Yesterday, I stopped in to order pizza and was met with Amber the GM, Adam and Alma the manager. So delighted in the service and quality of their collective efforts. PLEASE retain these wonderful and hard working individuals because they really make a difference and are the reason we are still ordering pizza from The Millcreek, Utah Dominos.

TWICE in the last month we’ve seen a delivery driver in a red car turn left on red at the intersection to get into the parking lot. The second time we saw them do so, a car had to swerve to miss him (and almost hit us instead) cause he turned in front of it without seeing it approaching.
Best Domino’s in town!
