AWFUL customer service, they had my order wrong and did not deliver my food or follow any instructions. Their customer service is careless. For how expensive their pizza is you would think they would actual care to deliver. They failed to deliver I had to go pick up my pizza an hour later.

This store shows delivery but does not do anything to advise you that delivery can take up to 2 hours even on a slow night. Our Pizzas were cooked almost an hour and a half before the delivery driver picked them up. We even called to offer to pick up the pizza and were told it would be delivered shortly. I know they are short staffed so if you order from here plan to pick it up or else you end up with cold pizza.

I've been ordering from this Foothill Dr Dominos for the past year since I moved near. They often don't have a delivery driver, and they always call me right away to let me know, which I just go pick it up. Everyone here has always been great! Thank you employees, I notice how hard you are working and clearly understaffed at times.

It's pizza delivery... when I ordered my pizzas, it said it will be delivered in 23-33 minutes. That's in the confirmation email. Well... it's been in the delivery Vehicle itself for the last 50 minutes and it's still not here. It left the store 50 minutes ago... it sat at the store in the heat window for 15 minutes before being put into the delivery vehicle. Which means it was cooked over an hour ago, and it still isn't here. Ordered one hour and 25 minutes ago... 15 minutes ago it said it was 7 minutes away on their app tracker. Now 15 minutes later it says... it's 7 minutes away. Kids have left the party. Good times.
First time here and I already have a lot of complaints. Not only was the pizza expensive, the employees were rude and the environment wasn’t very welcoming.

Third time ordering from this store and every single time they forget to put the garlic on the crust. Ordered a buffalo chicken pizza this time and it had no buffalo sauce on it. Like… thanks for the chicken pizza. Most likely will not be returning.

This place sucks, I really feel for the employees. The owners are too cheap to hire more help, so every time you order delivery, you get a message a half hour later saying it’s been delayed an hour. These guys are overwhelmed, but I’m sure the owners could care less… phucking ridiculous for pedestrian food. No more tipping for take out, I’m tired of paying the owner’s employees wages.
