We ordered for delivery. Got a message that it had been delivered. Nope. We called and explained that we didnt get it. Guy say I'll make you another and hung up on me. Didn't verify the order or the address. This time we sat out front and watched the driver go to the wrong address again. This time the driver got back in the car, creeping further down the street towards us. As I started walking to the street to meet them, they do a u-turn in front of my house and started /o drive away the other direction! Literally had to yell at them to get them to stop and give us our food. Not the drivers fault. They were just going to the address provided but the fact that the guy on the phone verified nothing???? What an idiot!!

ordered a pizza to my house a while back, guy left it on the wrong porch â which i had to go look for in the cold rain. â i called the restaurant about it, the kid on the other side of the phone said the delivery guy was mexican and didnât understand addresses? which.. doesnât make sense. any ethnicity or race can understand an address, especially with todayâs technology. then, my brother called today and some lady got annoyed because he called about the credit we were PROMISED from, what iâm assuming was a manager, brother said when he was on the phone the lady muttered âoh my god.â and was rather annoyed. if you canât accept getting called for complaints then donât work at a job.

There phone ordering system is terrible from the AI to the rude person on the other end. What happened to good old fashioned cuatomer service and respect for the customer? The person taking the order was rude and kept regurgitating words from a script instead of actually asking me what I wanted and listening to my request. Robotically reading from a script no longer works. We need real customer care. I lost my appetite after that terrible experience.

This is specific to HIGHLAND Dr and 4700 south in Salt Lake City. This has been the Worst service I have ever received at Dominos. Which we love and order often. We ordered for pick up, they had a large order before ours⊠which we understood. Arrived for our pick up at 7pm, app said it was ready! Paid for the pizza they told us 10 minutes, just put it inâŠ. 45 minutes later they told us they were under staffed and it was in the oven. 15 minutes laterâŠ. Nothing and they had never put it in. When I asked if it was ever done, they said we will cancel your order and told me to leave. Most unprofessional group of clowns Iâve ever dealt with. So unprofessional and rude!!! . Watched them hang up on calls and lie about orders. Unreal. NEVER AGAIN!

The service here has gone this crap in the last say maybe 10 months or so it used to be better but now the employees just hang up on you when you try to even talk to them about a complaint you might have if the owner wants to keep this location open I would suggest getting all new employees with better customer service skills!!!!

This place never gets it right. My pizzas always come out with bubbles. They must be going out of business or on the verge of bankruptcy because the toppings are always very skimpy. And if you use a coupon here, youâll regret it.
