This place never gets it right. My pizzas always come out with bubbles. They must be going out of business or on the verge of bankruptcy because the toppings are always very skimpy. And if you use a coupon here, you’ll regret it.

This is the worst dominos location in Utah. I usually drive to another to get my pizza, but I couldn’t drive and had to order tonight. Toppings are on about half the slices. The pizza is significantly worse than locations just a mile from here. And the workers are the most negative I’ve ever seen in food service. Everytime I walk in, they tell me how much they hate there. How crappy it is. I’m amazed this location is still open. I will continue to drive and pick my orders up from the location on fort Union. That location is the best I’ve ever been in. Avoid this place like the plague.

This issue is management - the drivers are 99% of the time incredibly nice and wonderful. The guy who seems to always answer the phone is rude and provides no solutions. (There was a "new" female manager recently who was incredibly rude and defensive). I just had my pizza take 45 minutes to be delivered - the manager had the driver deliver TEN pizzas/orders in one trip, of course ours was last. It is tepid at best. Manager guy who took my call was bothered by my call - "We only have one driver - not sure what else we can do". I spent $50 on a cold meal. The owners need customer-serivce oriented managers - spend the money to hire great people. Call the customer to explain the driver issue to give them the opportunity to pick up the pizza while it's HOT. This isn't complicated, and customers aren't asking for too much to have food arrive hot and fresh from a pizza delivery business.

TERRIBLE LOCATION!!!!!!!! we ordered a pizza from this location. it arrived cold and the dough was raw and cheese partially melted. where there was cheese. it was like a pull apart pizza this was by far the absolute worst pizza order ever. called the store 3 times and employee hung up on me three times. Called customer service and they did nothing. i hope i don’t get food poisoning from this order. be careful this location has TERRIBLE PIZZA and terrible customer service as well. Maybe a public review will get attention and we already disputed that order with AMEX

I've been coming here for years and the food and the service (very nice employees) are always great! Order online, there's always coupons and even if they won't work for you, there's plenty of options. The price is great for what you get. If you don't want to even leave your car, you can opt for car side delivery. I still give them a tip for making it even easier to get take away!
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of topping options and "cheese" that should make most people happy.

I didn’t get my wings the first time Kyle arrived, I didn’t want my pizza without my wings. And said I wanted my pizza fresh and not sitting cold by the time my wings arrived so I gave it back to him. Dominos called and said the driver had the wings and just didn’t know and that they would warm up the pizza after it had already been 25-40 minutes. I said I wanted my food to come fresh and the man said sure thing and that it’d come fresh and the delivery driver showed up 2 minutes later after the call with the same food plus the wings he forgot… I just want the items I ordered the first time and if it has to be sent back, fresh made food. No way it took you guys 15 minutes to remake our food and bring it back. You are 5 minutes away from us.
