Incredibly unprofessional, lazy, and inconsiderate. They don’t care at all about the customer and do the bare minimum when it comes to delivering food. Luckily the food is good but if you want dominos order from a different store unless you want to constantly walk to your neighbors door to get your order or have to call them back because they keep forgetting the dipping sauce.

It is not that the pizza is bad. The employees are horrible. Every time we have called to place an order, we get some teenage sounding boy who has a horrible attitude. He acts like we are bothering him just for calling. I ordered pizza today at 12:45. I was watching the order tracker. At 12:49, Savannah started preparing my order. Well, at 1:15, the pizza was still being prepared. I waited a bit longer as I figured they may just be busy. Well at 1:30 I tried to call the store. No answer. I called again a few minutes later, and still no answer. After this, they finally picked up but hung the phone right up. They hung up on me 6 times before I finally was able to reach a woman who said she was a manager ( mind you, they finally put my pizza in the oven and this was at 2:15 after I was hung up the first time) Her response "oh well I will have to see what happened", what? I could hear a lot of voices in the background. The lobby is closed due to covid-19, so I know there were plenty of people working. I'm not sure why places like this employ such horrible customer service.

The manager (Gabi) was SUPER disrespectful towards one of her employees in front of me while I was in her store. She was openly berating him and it made me and everyone else in there very uncomfortable. I refuse to support an establishment that treats their staffing that way. I will be telling my friends to never return to this location as long as she is here.

I ordered on line. The tracker said my order was delivered but there was nothing outside my door and I couldn't see it in any of the other buildings. I called to tell them I didn't get my order and they sent another pizza and I got it pretty quickly. Thanks for taking care of the problem so quickly.

We ordered several items, one of which was a build your own pasta with alfredo, cheese, tomatoes and spinach for someone that does not eat meat. When we received our delivery, the pasta wss a plain chicken alfredo. When I called the restaurant & spoke to a driver named Tyler, who was a new employee, the cook told him that "all alfredos come with chicken" and I didn't specify it with no meat. I said that absolutely isn't true, it was a build your own pasta. And if that was the case, why weren't any of the other toppings we selected on the pasta. Clearly. the cook didn't want to admit that he made it incorrectly.

I was then told that in order to get the correct item, I would need to bring the uneaten chicken alfredo back and they would make me the item that I ordered,. They wouldn't accept a photo of the incorrect item to prove that the it was their mistake. Why in the hell would I pay a $4.99 delivery charge plus a tip, just to turn around and drive my very unhappy ass to dominoes to get the food that I ordered??? If that truly is the policy of this location, then I will make sure to never patronize any dominos owned by this franchise owner again in the future, since customer service clearly isn't the top of their agenda. This isn't a case of the customer is always right. This is a case of the customer can prove they are right, but the restaurant doesn't want to own up to their mistakes.

Decent Pizzas & wonderful cheesy bread. Don’t like having to play charades to pickup my order because an employee doesn’t speak English. Tried to not give me the two sauce cups paid for. It’s very unfair how any sauce other than original is now treated like an extra topping.

Wheelchair accessibility: Only one step up. But no electronic doors.
