Be careful ordering from this Domino's they keep delivering to our address by accident instead of multiple of our neighbors. This time they rang the doorbell and upset our baby I was putting down to sleep. Their drivers are not trained properly and may deliver you food to a neighbor and cause problems.

The first time I ordered a delivery, it was lost and delivered to the wrong people and took over an hour to track and be helped. This second time I’m writing a review because it has happened again. I place my order almost two hours ago. It’s been long over an hour since it’s been out for delivery. No one in the store will pick up now. I’ve called twice previously and was told it was close by. It is 12:30 am and no pizza update I’ve waited two hours since it was placed and have been given no guidance or help on tracking it or where it is. Still on hold for MINUTES trying to call the store for help. Terrible service.

I order often from Domino's and I have always been pleased with everything from ordering on line, delivery and outcome. Tonight went from bad to worse. I ordered an Italia sub and lave cake. It's just me so that's 2 meals for me. The sub was burnt. The lava cakes were hard and dry and no dipping sauce. I tried to call Domino's and sat on hold for an hour and minutes. I hung up. I tried to explain online to customer service but you need to answer one of their chosen questions to submit your comments. Once started and stated there was not dipping sauce, it ended any further comments. This is afirst, Domino's has always been good in the past but tonight was a big waste of money and time

I ordered a pizza through the app and chose the curbside pickup option, but they left me waiting outside forever. After waiting 10 minutes, no one came out, and I had to go inside to get the pizza. The service at this location is terrible , I always have the same issue. The worst part is that this is the closest Domino’s to me, and I don’t have the option to go to another store.

Still waiting on my delivery, and it’s been about an hour since I called. Phone reception was bad so it was hard to understand the person on the other end when I called. Will update if I didn’t get my pizza, or if something else goes wrong.
Refused to deliver with 1hr left until close. Second closest location said I was out of delivery location. Both are within 1.2 miles..

Always cancelling my order, nothing seems to be done about it, and the food quality seems to be incredibly inconsistent at best. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and offer absolutely zero assistance or help regarding anything

Check your food!! Last night we ordered two large pizzas for pick up. My boyfriend bit into his slice and found a 2.5in piece of wood. We called the store and asked to speak to the manager, he was nonchalant and said “oh I don’t know how that got in there but we can remake your pizza”. Not even offering an apology. This store is careless and unprofessional. Eat at your own risk!
