Changing my review from 5 stars to 1.The quality of your food is dependent on the staff working there when you order. Usually it's pretty good but the last time I went in all the employees working with maybe one exception looked like they hadn't showered in weeks and didn't know how belts work.The food was terrible. They forgot toppings and the toppings they did put on were scattered without a care. There was little to no sauce and cheese on the pizzas. This was by far the worst experience I've had here. It's unfortunate cause it's usually not this bad. But this was terrible enough for me to say I won't be coming back here.

Appalling service BEWARE! I told them we had 3 little kids in the car and ordered a medium cheese pizza, they told me 10 minutes which became 40+ minutes for a cheese pizza! While I waited I watched 6 employees sit on their phones, not to mention my disgust at one of their long hair hanging over the pizza as they rolled dough. When asked what took so long they said they had to remake it, I said why wasn’t I told and given a new eta I’ve been sitting here asking what is taking so long for over half an hour. Terrible and unapologetic when speaking to the manager. Put it this way - when we arrived the sun was up and we missed our sunset picnic.

I really only post positive reviews. I am former food and bev employee. I believe in sharing the positive not negative. But this is a wrong way to treat customers.Ordered from website on Superbowl Sunday. Does not say anything on website about not accepting cash bills above $20. I had a $50. When I presented the bill I was treated rudely by the cashier telling me I shouldve read the door. How am I supposed to read a door while making an online order at a different location?I order via my rewards app. I am id'd by that. It is 2024. I fully believe your cashier's can work hard and someday learn how to use a cash marker to verify Bills. Even the one I talked to today. I believe!No consideration for the fact it was super bowl Sunday minutes from Halftime. If you need food for a special occasion, I highly recommend not ordering from here.

I placed an order on Uber Eats and your stupid delivery person lost it to me. It’s unreasonable!
Worst experience with Dominos in the US. I placed a delivery order and after almost one hour and a half, I called to cancel it, and the guy said it was going to take up to 5-7 days to get my money back, then he got all defensive when I said everything takes for ever with their service, even telling me “Hey Brother”!!! What kind of customer service is that??? Don’t order from this place if you are hungry, or maybe order in the morning if you want your food for dinner.

There are 2 dominos on Redwood Rd that put this store to shame. I don't know what it is, but this store truly disappoints on the quality and taste of the pizza. It should all be the same right? I have learned my lesson to stop hoping this location matches those ones.In the photo note the utter lack of cheese. But it's not only that, it's something flavor related too.

Ordered a pizza online for pick up. Drove to the location and they handed me my pizza. Returned home to find out it was the wrong pizza. Called the store to notify them expecting them to make it right somehow. They told me I’d have to drive back to the store to pick up my pizza and bring them the one that was given to me previously. Didn’t offer to deliver and no apology for my wasted time and gas. This is the second time this store has messed up my order in the past two weeks.
