SLOW service. Took 25 mins for sandwich coffee in the inside order. Then it was cold. They made it right tho. Gave no napkins and 2nd order bacon was raw

Placed my order... Even with the interruptions of NON customers asking to use restroom! Then he charged me for 2 med beverages when I ordered 1 large and 1 med. He might would have got my order right if he wasnt paying so much attention to the NON customers that needed the restroom. Then had the balls to actually argue with me about what I ordered. I just took it how it was, my luck he would have remade my drink and spit in it or something. Wont be going back there any time soon!

This place is AMAZING. Hands down, no better place in SLC to watch homeless people fight. Coffee and donuts at concessions stand are just okay.

Even tho I can not afford to i go in because the workers are amazing neecy (spelt wrong) and Rob are wonderful humans caring for everyone making sure customers and workers alike are happy safe and comfortable. Thank you for giving me security and friendship

The girl working the Drive thru in the afternoons needs to be released of her duties. After a long day at work going for a late class at the U, I just want to enjoy a nice iced latte. She seems overwhelmed and in a rush. She seems frustrated and the quality of the product is NOT the same. I am extremely dissatisfied with my coffee these past few days. Its disgusting, tastes like sugar and milk. I will be going elsewhere for my coffee. I can't take myself to drink it. She doesn't seem to be enjoying her job, hence, the bad quality of the product and attitude. I love dunkin donuts but this is ridiculous. Yup, I wasted my money and that whatever it is went to the trash!

I have been sitting here waiting for a single coffee for so long that I'm angry and my wife has decided a refund might be faster then waiting on our drinks. Plus they didnt even have donuts just a couple old crusty cake donuts that's very disappointing.

Oh yeah its dunkin donuts. Low quality food that goes right to your soul. I do recommend this location in particular as it has great views of the old capitol building, the library and the tram comes by offen. This location gets tons of natural light and has easy to use shades if its shining in your eyes.

They had girl scout Lattes I had the Samoa, Really Yummy!! Good place easy to find.. Needs to have tables wiped down..
This Dunkin is struggling! The drive thru employees consistently forget to complete your order and no one seems to know how to make a cup of coffee not to mention it takes them close to 15 min every time

I did not want to order what I wanted because the cashier was taking forever to put 4 items in the register, and it felt like he was fat shaming me. The bathrooms were disgusting. The Boston Kreme donut did not have cream and the maple glazed donut was salty and stale. Also, the store smelled like cleaning chemicals and not coffee.

Stopped by an hour before they closed tonight and was informed that they do not make sandwiches because they are busy during the day and close down the “sandwich station”. I find that hard to believe, but it would be nice if they put that on the website Or on google so that others don’t waste their time gathering orders and spend the money to get to the location only to be turned away.

These people can't even take an order correctly, let alone make the order. Then when you ask them to fix your iced coffee, it's "I'll give you some sugar packets." Yelling and screaming over the microphone, all because one of their husbands came through the drive thru. ♂️ The level of professionalism adds up to 0 at this establishment.

The donuts tasted wonderful. The place seemed understaffed for the middle of the afternoon. The drive through took priority over customers on the inside. There was only one person ahead of me, but I waited like 6 minutes until I was helped.
