I like that they had lots of fruit varieties, which is rare for restaurants. But, I ordered tea and it was so bitter since it was over steeped. When I asked for new hot water for the tea, the waitress just got me a mug full of hot water. So I just poured the tea out in the sink and filled the pot with the new hot water myself. Then it tasted great! But I’ve never had such a strange experience at an established restaurant before. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

I ordered the sassy cheesy eggs, and my friend, who is vegan, ordered a vegan meal. The food was absolutely delicious and amazing. I wish they offered more coffee options since they only have black coffee. Overall, it was a great experience, and I loved everything!

The food was decent, but way too expensive. The servers were so frustrating too—they checked on us every few minutes and were clearly trying to get us to order and leave as fast as possible so they can bring in the next round of patagonia-wearing corporates ready to buy $16 avocado toast with $8 juice. Don’t expect this to be a relaxing breakfast.

Cute place service was awesome and food was very tasty
We went on a Saturday morning for brunch and there weren't a lot of people probably because they opened recently. Because of that, the vibe wasn't great but the food was plated nicely and tasted good. The service was excellent, our waiter was super friendly and even gave us a few suggestions on nearby places to visit.

This place is amazing! Excellent service from our server Sequoia; she was friendly and attentive. We were sat quickly and our food came quickly. The food was incredible. We got the beef massaman and the banana french toast. Such a good price for the quality and portions. You can tell it was made and plated with so much care. Great experience all around!

What a lovely spot! I’ve been to Early Owl twice and absolutely loved both meals and drinks I got. Avo Smash was one (YUM!) and Salmon Scramble was the other (ALSO YUM!). I had the Sebastian to drink both times so clearly that was a hit as well ;) Aside from the delicious food, the staff are so kind and I loved the clean and inviting space. One of my SLC favs! ❤️
