The waitress here is incredibly thoughtful, instantly making us feel the warmth and closeness of home while far away on our journey! The dishes are absolutely exquisite—especially the Braised Pork with Tofu Sheets, perfectly balanced in fat and lean, melt-in-your-mouth tender with a rich, flavorful sauce; and the Farmhouse Stir-Fried Pork, bursting with fresh, spicy aroma and crisp-tender texture, the most authentic and stunning hometown flavor we've ever had in the U.S.—truly a top-tier feast for the taste buds! Thank you to the chef for their craftsmanship; it added endless unforgettable warmth to our trip. Highly recommended—we'll definitely be back!

My partner and I came in for our anniversary, and we had Jasmine as our server. She was so immensely kind, considerate, and offered great service. The food was amazing, and there was great portions. We definitely had to get takeout boxes. We don’t live in SLC, but we will be back for the food and excellent service! Thank you again Jasmine and the Eiko cafe :)

Food is great but had 2 unpleasant experiences during checkout. 1st time I ordered additional food for togo. And the server included 15% tip on the entire bill. I shouldn't be paying tips for togo orders.

2nd time the server said the service fee is 18% and even TAPPED the screen (18%) for me!!! I don't even know if that's legal. Oh and that's 18% on top of the tax.

EDIT: After reading other reviews, seems it was the same male server that forces tips. I thought you guys re-trained him. Why is he still doing it?

There's a wide variety of items on this menu and I've been here multiple times over the past year. The few things I've had on the menu are really good and the portions are enormous lol. One of my favorite foods I've come to love here that is included with the combo meals is the lamb soup (there are no chunks of lamb in the soup, don't worry. But it's absolutely delicious). The atmosphere is really nice and they don't rush you to leave and the staff is really kind and attentive as well. It's not an exaggeration to say that when I'm feeling sad, I find myself making my way to Eiko no matter which city I'm in. Something about this place just helps you feel better.

My family and I had the best meal here prior to our flight back home. The spice and portions were perfect and our server was so sweet, attentive and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back again when we’re in the area!
