Drive through takes a while, but its nice to have one when you're not wanting to get out of the car.

Went through the drive thru with my boyfriend in the car in front of me and he ordered a bagel sausage breakfast sandwich thing and i got a grain bagel with shmear. it was not busy in the drive thru yet it took over 20 minutes to get our order and when we received it, it was wrong. My boyfriend ended up receiving my bagel and drove off without realizing and then i sat at the drive thru for another few minutes before the person at the window asked me what my order was. not a great experience and frustrated we didn’t get what we paid for and had to wait an absurd amount of time.

I always forget how awful this place is until I’m forced to go back. Extremely long wait times, poor service, and not even coming close to getting orders correct. An empty parking lot would be more productive than the staff here. This place should be avoided at all costs.

This store is seriously a disaster.

Months ago my wife came here and a bad experience but we decided to try again as we wanted their bagel box and coffee canteen thing.

We went got the bagels and they advised us against the canteen because it only keeps the coffee warm for 30 minutes. So we’re like whatever we will get the bagels take them to our gathering then come back and get the canteen when more people showed up.

I was tasked with going back and getting the canteen and my goodness going back to get this canteen was something else.

First off they have SEVEN people working behind the counter and were so far behind I had to wait until they could even take my order.

While waiting for my canteen (which took like fifteen minutes - literally just a box of coffee)

I witnessed them tell several people they were out of various items (10:30am) saw one dude with a tiny mustache be very rude to his coworker - a little old lady - berating her. Saw my canteen sit there for five minutes while they tried to put together sugar, cups, and creamer for it. I can honestly say I have never seen such a struggle.

The punchline is the coffee stayed warm for hours so going back was completely not needed.

Tipped the guy that was doing drive thru. Looked at the bagels and they weren’t cut so I went inside and they didn’t even cut most of the bagels. Give me the tip back

Best service! This was my first visit at this location. I was greeted promptly and with a smile! My order was correct and delicious! The amazing manager recommended the new Bros. Bay Breeze drink and it was such a refreshing surprise! Yum! I highly recommend that you try it! Overall, great experience! I will be back!
