If you live in the area, this place is an old friend.

I find the way delivery drivers treat them very unpleasant, in addition to their poor behavior. I don't know why, but it seems the drivers don't prioritize orders; they take up to 40 minutes to deliver them. I find the staff's treatment and response unpleasant. I am a delivery driver.

Unclear which menu items are dairy free, or if they even have any options for lactose intolerant customers.

They completely ignore / shut down the drive through without warning.

I don’t normally leave a bad review. But this place is amazing it’s still in business. It’s the most convenient breakfast place. So we go. Not because we have ever had a good experience. We have gotten frozen hash brown bites 3 times. I still go there. But today topped it off. Open signs on 4 cars waiting in drive through line and no one helping us. Yes they were open. No customers inside. As each car pulls by there’s just an employee sitting in the back instead of taking orders.

This morning I knew was going to be a great day the second I saw Tim in the pickup window. He was having a great day and was genuinely happy and ready with lifting conversation through the window. We had Asiago with fluffy cream cheese and a plain today. The bagels here are delicious to the taste and very desirable. We left feeling like we wanted to pay it, the positivity, forward. Thank you, Tim.

Good bagels. Gets busy weekend mornings. Was very busy when i was there with mostly uber eats and online orders.

Super slow messed up our order and the people in front of us the tables were dirty coffee was cold and took them about 15 minutes to make our order

Good food, but the drive through just takes way too long every time.

Workers were not nice and service was slow. Lady with purple hair yelled at me and my friends for no reason and cussed and hurt my feelings.

Had one car in front of me at the drive through so figured it would be quick. So I ordered one bagel and waited at the window after paying for 35mins.. slowest bagel place ever!

The food, the service and everything here I can only give five stars. The service was extremely friendly and made exactly like I wanted. The restaurant is also very clean and very well kept. I ordered an apple cinnamon bagel extra toasted with cream cheese and it turned out absolutely perfect. The coffee available is also piping hot. Highly recommend. Staff is also extremely friendly.

Extremely slow service. They helped the Doordash, Uber Eats, online orders, and drive thru customers before the in store people (me and several others). I think they had an employee go on break and didn't cover her while she was gone. When she came back, she asked about the in store orders and the other employees said they didn't do it.

Absolute slowest bagel shop. I hate leaving bad reviews, but after repeat experiences at this location I had to. Online ordering is a joke. Placed an online order for pickup. Waited 15 minute after pickup time and watched eight people walk in and place orders and receive their food before me. Staff is rude and speaks poorly of their own management. Avoid this location at all costs. This is not the first time I’ve encountered terrible service from this location. I keep hoping it’s a one off situation but this has been the experience the last year.

Don’t waste your money here. Online order system allows them to create backlog 10-20 minutes behind be ready time. Meanwhile we sat and watched 6 people come in place and receive orders and walk out before our order that was 15 minutes overdue was finally ready. Staff was completely unhelpful. Clearly their system is broken and needs to be fixed to make orders based on WHEN THEY ARE PLACED.
