Good experience greats bagels
Ran out of stock early in the morning (8am) only had plane left.
Great food, fast service
Was almost closing time but staff was fast friendly and made food perfectly as always.
I likely goofed on a large order, but Kylie to the rescue. She handled the situation, with grace and professionalism, which was very much appreciated. What could have been a frustrating day turned out great. Definitely recommend giving this location your business.
Had my husband go in to get us a little something for breakfast and he came home 30 plus minutes later empty handed because I told him waiting 30 minutes for 2 bagels is INSANE. Yes, they were busy but seemed like there was no structure or leadership to guide the workers through the chaos. I was super bummed out. He got his money back & came home with an alternative.
Having to wait 30 minutes for one bagel is insane.
Order some food from this location and it’s the first time I’ve had an issue both sandwiches had no sauce on them, the muffin I ordered was burnt. When I tried to call the store nobody would answer. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with Einstein bagels.
I love Einsteins but I went in there today and the service was terrible. The lady taking my order was very rude😔 I guess I'll have to find a different Einsteins
Went into the store to pick up 5 dozen bagels and the person that took the order got upset with me because I didn't use the catering app. I have never had to do that when picking up an oder for my airport employees made me feel like they didn't want my oder. Customer service can determine if someone co.es back or not and they made me feel like they didn't want our business

I’ve ordered twice now through Uber and both times got the order wrong. First time no smear. Just got today’s order and got a dozen bagels when I ordered a half dozen and a sandwich. Do better guys
I ordered two bagels with cream cheese on the app. Asked them to be toasted. They were neither toasted and had BARELY ANY cream cheese in them. I wouldve been better off buying 1/2 dozen buying my own cream cheese and getting it myself at the store versus on the app.
This place doesn’t even greet you or pay attention to you even though you’re looking at them straight into their eyes. They turn around, look i was just asking for sugar for my coffee not asking for anything else. Ill go to another location, this one is garbage.
I get items replaced without any communication all the time. Barely there schmear. Asked for bagel to be toasted- not toasted. The app wont accept apple pay despite it being offered
Update 2 years later…still get hardly any schmear at this location. As a person who has been getting at least bagel a week for 10+ years. You’ve lost my business. Maybe for all locations. Schmear is an an $2, it feels like its being spread like its a favor not something I pay for. Coffee is so gross, i never get it despite the promo. The location was convenient but I’ll go out of my way for a business that cares just a little bit more. Anyway good luck!
Staff is very rude and they lack common sense. I wanted to order two dozen bagels for a meeting, and the app shows them in a big box. But the app noted that any modifications should be done in the store, so I couldn't order through the app. I went in and the lady that took my order told me was very rude and told me that it has to be done by catering, which was not specified in the app. I inquired with the other staff and they were really rude and told me that maybe next I will have the time to order catering instead. BTW the only difference is the box, price is the same, content doesn't change.....I could've paid for the box if they wanted me to. Brainless people!
It's Einstein Bagels. They are perfectly fine. Kinda overpriced, and nothing special, but better and fresher than buying in a grocery store pre-made bag.
