Workers were just rude! Not welcoming at all, acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience to them. Threw our bagged order on the counter and walked off before we could even grab it. Our food was even burnt. Horrible. Telling everyone I know to stay clear of this place.

Service was great staff was great! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fast meal and great service

I often see Sara on my morning commute to work! She always brightens my day. The bagels are always fresh and delicious. Chocolate chip is my favorite ^.^ Thank you Einsteins and Sara for making mornings more bearable xD you guys are the best!

They are never busy and always seem to get my order wrong every freaking time. They are a waste of time.. don’t go there unless you enjoy your order wrong.

Great staff, always friendly. Been coming to Einsteins since 96 and I love it. Plus their coffee is far better than 7-11, Starbucks, etc.

I LOVE this shop. I used to be weary about coming in due to the unenthusiastic service I used to receive (I mean I was scared to ask questions) but Kayson never made me feel like I was causing an issue, and he had amazing recommendations! Loved him over at Jamba and now I love him at Einstein!

I lowkey vibed with Kayson, loved his Adam Sandler esque don’t give a crap mentality. He may not be a jolly fellow but your darn tootin he’ll be straight with you. saw someone saying he raw dogged their bagel and I respect that. Needless to say, i’m sat.

I got in there with my friends and were excited to eat. I got to the register to order and was not treated kindly by a young man named Kayson. If you have a name tag on your chest or hat, you best know people will remember and write reviews on you. He was not very respectful to me and did not make me feel happy leaving after. My bagel was good and all, but if you have your name on your shirt and are taking peoples orders, please treat your customers with respect.

Honestly service was bad but I think kayson was in a bad mood. Hope this cheers him up

Wowee!! These folks are swell! They made me a bagel and it was so yummy! I like the manager there, I kinda have a crush on him for how good the service he gives is. And can we talk about the baker!?!? Omg his bagels are so good, I feel the bagel quality is better here than at other locations. I will be making my regular 30 min drive out of my way to continue coming here.

My favorite location, and I visit an Einstein’s virtually every day no matter where I am in the country.
Norm the baker prepares a great product.
Chris the GM keeps the place humming and well staffed.
Marlo, Chuck, Mark, Darla and Sara are the core team delivering a great experience.
Highly recommend for catering and special events

Corporate needs to bring back the potato bagel and pumpkin cream cheese for fall.
