Einstein Bros. Bagels

Order yesterday no bacon on my bacon egg cheddar basal. Posted on doordash. Today I oder again the farmhouse with two eggs only got one egg. They keep messing up there doordash food. I left another poor review on doordash with pictures. I don't think anyone responsible is working here. Or they just don't care about service but Einstein is going down hill.

Came in to get a dozen bagels, didn’t want any of them cut, she did it anyway and now I wont be able to toast these.

We had placed a large Uber Eats order for delivery from this location. We are very disappointed when our delivery driver stole all of our food. When we called and spoke to the manager to advise her not to handover food to the specific driver, she was very professional and handled the matter accordingly.We would order from this location again. But I think we’ll just choose pick up every time OK

I like doing the order ahead option, but the only bummer about ordering ahead now, is that you have to go up to the counter so they can hand you your order, which is a little inconvenient when the staff is busy or there is a line. (I dont feel comfortable just passing everyone in line)
I wish they could move their order ahead option back to the shelf so you can just grab your meal and be on your way.

I’m a little upset about how some of the staff treats customers. My husband was at this location this morning to order a bagel box for me. He got in line and was just waiting his turn when one of the employees started telling him that the pick up line was in a different spot. My husband didn’t realize they were talking to him, so he just stayed put. The employee started talking louder to get his attention and again told him to leave the line and head over to pick up. When my husband said he wasn’t there for a pick up, the employee didn’t believe him and said, “oh yeah, then what are you here for?”. When my husband said he was there for a bagel box, the employee muttered a quick apology and kept on taking people’s orders. I understand that a certain demographic tends to be delivery drivers for DoorDash/ubereats, but there has to be a better way of talking to people in the store. And if a customer tells you they aren’t there for a pick up, just apologize instead of giving a snarky retort.

This place has become an overpriced joke. You pay up the ass for cold food and won't even get all of it.

You added an extra cinnamon roll to an order? Count on not getting it. Got two of something? They forgot one. Like clockwork, they always miss something. Thank god it was only an extra $6 add on.

You placed an order on their app? Congrats on your cold food, because they don't put orders out for you to grab, so you get home with cold food and missing items.

You ordered a drink? Enjoy either flat sprite or funny tasting coke, because that's the only options the questionably maintained soda machine has.

This restaurant used to be great but ho boy this location is really struggling to figure it out.

They continue to get our order wrong and the fact that I order delivery and still have to drive to get my order corrected is besides me! Firstly don't order delivery, I promise you will be driving there anyways. And secondly, the fact that the manager gives me the excuse "we may have to alter the order due to bagel supply" when the bagels I ordered are the bagels I got just on the wrong sandwiches. They refuse to apologize and they refuse to just admit they are wrong. I even had pictures to show him (the manager) and he still tried to make excuses. It's sad the kind of experience I've had here and I hope no one goes through this.
I wouldn't recommend anything here. Just pick a different location.

They continue to get bagel sandwiches wrong. They are careless and neglect to read orders correctly. This has happened multiple times at this location. I recommend going the distance and picking a different location just as I plan to.

The first thing the person said to me at the counter as we have so many orders. I don’t know when I’ll get to you plus the place was filthy so don’t need to go there anymore.

Gave me a completely different order and I got it to go so I didn’t realize till I got home. The wrong order they gave me had pork on it too so I couldn’t even eat it because I don’t eat pork

The put a minimal amount of cream cheese on their bagels. Anyone from the east coast be extremely upset and disappointed
