The weekend staff is always best especially Devan! Super friendly and they keep the store clean.

Their spreads are silky and packed with flavor. Staff handles the morning rush with ease and keeps things moving quickly. It’s an elevated breakfast experience that makes starting the day feel just a little more luxurious.

I made Einstein apart of my every morning routine because how consistently simple it is to come in and get great fast service from people who you can tell enjoy pleasing customers.

And shout out to their new General Manager who really made the necessary changes because the store cleanliness and culture wasn’t there before her.

So much better than other locations in the valley. Other stores should take a tour of your location to learn how it is done. The difference is huge.

If I could give less than one star I would this was the most horrible service and food I've ever had eating anywhere. they got my order wrong and when I told them they said they would have to talk to their big boss to get it resolved???? AND THEN DID NOTHING ABOUT IT, DIDN'T GIVE ME THE CORRECT ORDER, NOTHING! I mean come on how hard is it to make some bagels. I am a frequent shopper here and I will never visit another Einstein bagels. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Everything is awesome

Some of the workers are very clearly putting in more effort than the others. In particular the one with red and black hair and glasses always seems on top of things, she has always been so nice and accommodating and i really appreciate that, she seems to really care about the customers. Everyone else at this location i've interacted with, while some were still super nice i just haven't had anyone seem to go so far out of their way as she does!

Great employee, great service. Thanks for taking care of your customers

Workers were just rude! Not welcoming at all, acted like taking our order was the biggest inconvenience to them. Threw our bagged order on the counter and walked off before we could even grab it. Our food was even burnt. Horrible. Telling everyone I know to stay clear of this place.

Service was great staff was great! I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a fast meal and great service
