Parking is very limited at this location, there are 7-8 parking spots on the side of the building at a slight grade. But, there is street parking but it is usually taken. I ordered on the app beforehand and my order was done when I arrived.

I arrived to pick up my catered order at 6.50am and found it wasn't ready, and I was a bit disappointed. But while I waited, I learned they were behind because they'd had been there since before 4am completing a 300-lunch order before all of ours. So the fact that they were only about 10 minutes behind was amazing. And then I learned the manager was in coordinating all of this despite a personal tragedy the day before. Kudos to Pinky for showing true leadership at such a moment, and helping her team through a crazy morning on game day.❤️🩹

I'm usually in a rush in the morning and I spend the extra money to doordash some bagels, a sandwich, and iced coffee to get me and the kids out the door.
Literally, the last four times I have done this, I get all the bagels and the sandwich, but I don't get my coffee. There's one time that I literally ordered three copies and didn't receive them. If you don't intend on sending coffee with a doordasher, take it off your menu.
We can get the coffee refunded, but it is just the price we paid. It does not include the fees, taxes, and tip based off of the item that we didn't receive. So we are technically not getting refunded all our money for something that we aren't getting.
Instead, sometimes, you will get a coupon in the bag for a free coffee. I don't want a free coffee at a later date. I want the coffee that I paid for when I ask for it. From a place that does two things pretty much- coffee and bagels- how can you screw up on the coffee front? It's extremely annoying and after this episode, I will probably be taking my business elsewhere.
The coupon is a nice gesture, but realize that when no one notifies the customer that they aren't getting something and we have to get it refunded, there are other fees, taxes, tip based off of the amount that you ordered, and other things that are not being refunded to us. So in the end, by having the option of ordering coffee and not receiving it, especially as high priced as it is, is a disservice to all of your customers.

I used to come here every Sunday and get egg bagels for my family. After a long hiatus dealing with brain cancer I returned today with my daughter and grand daughter. I ordered 7 onion bacon egg and cheese bagels and 2 blueberry muffins. I was scolded by the woman for not ordering online. The other workers seemed super put out that they had to make more bagels. Mind you the entire time I was there we were the only people in the store. Bad on me to assume this was a place that exists to make and sell bagels. I now know better.
Staff has always been friendly don't listen to the haters, and bonus points -- recently have had that finicky espresso machine purring.

My family of 4 and I love coming here. Yesterday me and my toddlers were here for breakfast and in the middle of eating my 3 year old say "This is the best meal I've ever had!" It was adorable and we'll be back here often ✨
