Ive been coming to this same restaurant since i moved 6 months ago. We havent been here since october becasue they had messed up the last 3 orders and served RAW bacon. My husband was craving Einstein today. I reminded him that we dont go here anymore because of the past 3 experiences. We decided it had been long enough that maybe theyve gotten better. Nope. I ordered the maplehouse with no sausage and extra bacon. I was served sausage and no extra bacon. The sausage looked like it was heated up in a microwave and the bacon was RAW. At least I got to eat their hashbrowns. Seems like the hashbrowns are the only thing they cant mess up. If you hate working food service then STOP WORKING FOOD SERIVCE.

I got the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwhich, it was good, not amazing, falls apart and really messy, I wish I would've tried the Nova Lox which looks amazing or the Avocado. The only thing I would recommend is taking down that massive gay flag and put up something more patriotic if that's the case. Other than that, this place is alright.

Why would a restaurant have a mobile order pickup shelf, making me wait 20 minutes for my order, when my food was done the entire time and sitting on their back counter? I choose to mobile order so I don’t have to deal with their cranky team members that are devoid of customer service.
