Ive been coming to this same restaurant since i moved 6 months ago. We havent been here since october becasue they had messed up the last 3 orders and served RAW bacon. My husband was craving Einstein today. I reminded him that we dont go here anymore because of the past 3 experiences. We decided it had been long enough that maybe theyve gotten better. Nope. I ordered the maplehouse with no sausage and extra bacon. I was served sausage and no extra bacon. The sausage looked like it was heated up in a microwave and the bacon was RAW. At least I got to eat their hashbrowns. Seems like the hashbrowns are the only thing they cant mess up. If you hate working food service then STOP WORKING FOOD SERIVCE.

I got the Santa Fe Egg White Sandwhich, it was good, not amazing, falls apart and really messy, I wish I would've tried the Nova Lox which looks amazing or the Avocado. The only thing I would recommend is taking down that massive gay flag and put up something more patriotic if that's the case. Other than that, this place is alright.

Why would a restaurant have a mobile order pickup shelf, making me wait 20 minutes for my order, when my food was done the entire time and sitting on their back counter? I choose to mobile order so I don’t have to deal with their cranky team members that are devoid of customer service.

Great food, but not a lot of parking

The bagels are delicious. But, the service is bad the employees are not pleasant at all, went there twice within a week and both times it felt like the employees hated their jobs, and it takes forever for the order to be ready. Also, you should have some tables inside since it’s getting colder to sit outside!! Even though I saw you reply to another reviewer that no tables inside means quicker delivery of the food, but trust me, it’s not any quicker. Honestly, better be seating down comfortably to wait for the order even if it takes longer, than be standing around and it still taking longer.

“It felt like I woke up in a cranky mood today. Then all of a sudden, I realized I just needed coffee and bagels.
I don’t like who I’m becoming if coffee is what I need to feel good 😂.
If you have the same issue, try a double-toasted apple cinnamon bagel with cream cheese.

Very slow service, no atmosphere. But they're restrooms were atrocious and filthy. Almost $3 for a 7 oz. carton of milk. I could have purchased an entire gallon of milk. Don't bother paying for shmear because you won't get any. They Used to have standards.

Holy cow, Batman. Still waiting on an order I placed about 30 minutes ago due to absolutely terrible service. Doesn't help the lobby looks like it has not been cleaned in months while the restrooms are only accesbile to the homeless people appearing to live on the property. Would walk out had I not already paid. Will not be returning.

Added after reading the reply: Don't gaslight me. This store is filthy. The employees provided terrible, super slow service. The time to get it right was at the point of service. Why would I change my review? It's accurate.
