Einstein Bros. Bagels

I have ordered a couple things from this place and oh my. The tomato sauce is horrible. The bagels taste pretty good though. The chefs aren't the best but they are always happy to greet you and put the customer first. Would not reccomend the pizza bagel. The tomato sauce is very wet and pungent. The regular bagel store stuff tastes good though. The coffee also smells good. My friend has not complained about it yet. My pizza bagel came in a fancy box though so I felt like a was sorta at Taco Bell.

Took wayyyy too long to put a bagel in a toaster. Not rocket science. Service was also rude.

I got an everything bagel with chipotle aioli that I paid extra for. They weren't busy and I proceed to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwhich. Upon getting my order there was cream cheese isntead of the chipotle aioli. When they remade my sandwhich they seemed upset. Worst breakfast sandwhich I've had in my life.

I ordered the Bacon, Avocado, Tomato Egg white breakfast sandwich with one egg this morning. This was a good sized sandwich. The sauce had great flavor, there were two good slices of tomato, but there was very little avocado AND my egg was cold. I expected this to be a warm sandwich, so unless I am mistaken, their heating process was a fail. However, this didn't discourage me from eating it. Overall, it was delicious.I wish that this location had more options than it seems to have.

Takes 37 years to get a bagel. They don't know how to get their machine to work ig. I'm writing this while waiting for half an hour +

The bagel sandwhich wusss thisss big, but not good. Soggy , but still not bad.

No hate, but they are very slow, got many orders wrong. It’s a bummer. I hope this is constructive criticism for them.

I am blond. This is not my hair. Excellent service for the HUGE volume of customers, and the fact that there’s only 3 people working says a lot. But I don’t want hair in my food. I don’t have the money for this.

I just called to ask if they had Apple Pay available, and the conversation went like thisMe: hello! I was just wondering if you guys took Apple Pay?Lady: uhh no why?Me: I just wanted to pay with Apple Pay but that’s all I wanted to know thank you!!Lady: mhm k bye.Then she hung up on me.Not impressed with the attitude over a simple question.

Food was good. Service was a little salty. Not sure why, but everyone has a bad day. No fountain drinks and only Pepsi products at the U. Nice clean one person bathrooms at the Union Center. Probably won't go back.
