I recently used 4.00 off coupon for a salad. Last week I noticed I got charge 10.00+ for a salad that should be 8.00+. No big deal. Last night I went thru again with same coupon and asked for the shrimp salad and I said with a coupon. The guy taking the order is unprofessional and can be rude. After seeing the coupon, he took it up on himself to change my order to chicken salad. I had to go back and get a shrimp salad and he started to point out the coupon was only for chicken. He obviously is misinformed or has no idea how to read. This guy is a constant negative working the drive thru

The guy at the window was very disrespectful and was raising his voice at me. I was trying to use my reward points and he kept telling me it was not working. Someone needs to train him better and maybe also teach him some manners. I'm not coming to this location ever again.
