I was going to order food here. But when I asked about a malfunctioning toilet, one of the cooks went over and touched the bathroom door handle, was told by another worker that they were already aware of the problem, then went right back to cooking without changing their gloves. I was grossed out and left.

I’ve come to this place a few times in the evening for dinner, and each time I’ve tried to order an unsweetened iced tea on the app, I get there and they tell me they’re out, and the only other options are sugary sodas or Diet Coke. This location is conveniently located near my home, but I might just avoid it altogether since they can’t seem to take care of customers properly.
The food was so good! We had the 2 for $5 taco specials and they did not disappoint! We were traveling and didn't know we went in near closing time, sorry about that! But, we definitely want to try Pollo Loco again. Yum!

Salsa verde quesadilla was too spicy for my families liking so I understand that is personal preference but my overall experience I felt deserved 4 stars
