This was my first visit , and I didn't know what to expect. I ordered a kids' meal with 2 legs and a side(mashed potatoes with gravy) plus drink. Also, with an order of chips, guacamole, and salsa. I was very impressed. It was all so good , I kept asking the lady at the window if the salsa was hot. I love hot salsa. She says yes. It was so good and she gave me like 7 or 8 small containers. Great service, great food! I'll definitely return. I wished I would've grabbed the ladies' name because you know sometimes you get phonie people who are so obviously fake. She was completely genuine and really should be celebrated. Thank you.

Coming to chain restaurants, sometimes the food is not fresh, but I was impressed by how fresh their chicken tasted from this location; their salad and the side did taste really good. I was a little skeptical of their churros; most of the time they’re always chewy and greasy from other chain restaurants. Pollo Loco did surprise me with their churros that tasted so fresh!!!

It used to seem like a good place to me, I was a frequent customer. But today I went and I was very disappointed. The price is excessive for the small pieces of chicken that was shrunken by the notorious over cooking, “dry” Impossible to chew them. The small soda costs $3.29 and they didn't even have the full soft drinks, the bathroom was very dirty and there was no paper to dry your hands... I told the employee But the staff didn't do anything, one of the employees eating in the dining room of the place just looked at me, when I went for the second time the only thing she could do was take soda out of the internal machine for me. I wouldn't throw my money away in this place again!!

I recently used 4.00 off coupon for a salad. Last week I noticed I got charge 10.00+ for a salad that should be 8.00+. No big deal. Last night I went thru again with same coupon and asked for the shrimp salad and I said with a coupon. The guy taking the order is unprofessional and can be rude. After seeing the coupon, he took it up on himself to change my order to chicken salad. I had to go back and get a shrimp salad and he started to point out the coupon was only for chicken. He obviously is misinformed or has no idea how to read. This guy is a constant negative working the drive thru
