I’ve given this place several chances but every single time, they cut open the chicken, barbecue it, and all the juices come out and now I get extra dried chicken. If you like extra dry chicken that’s over cooked, this is the place for you.

Just received my 5th burrito in less than two months with zero avocado on it, it's too the point where I think they run out and just don't bother saying anything. 12 dollars for a burrito with hardly anything but beans, no avocado and seemingly getting smaller each visit. Not worth wasting time here anymore.

THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!! We tried to order through the kiosk at the counter. Scanned my card, the card reader said "Approved" but the kiosk said rejected, try again. Same result. Tried different card, same result. Took forever to get a human to help us, she INSISTED that we had not been charged. We left, no food. Came home to check the two credit cards online, both had been charged. One twice, one once. Now I get the pleasure of dealing with disputing the charges to get my money back.

I went to this place recently, lured in by a free coupon for their famous overstuffed quesadillas. Sadly, things didn't go as planned. The next day, I started having serious health issues like fever and diarrhea, which lasted for a few days. It's hard to say for sure if it was because of the food, but the timing makes me think it was. Now, I'm pretty wary about going back to this or any other branch of the restaurant. I think it's worth it for people thinking about eating there to keep my experience in mind, even though not everyone might have the same experience.
