Elizabeth's Custom Catering

The food looks and tastes like poor cafeteria food, or food that is purchased frozen and pre-cooked and simply heated up then catered. I would not serve this food if I were a professional catering company.

Super grateful and blown away by Elizabeth's Catering! Their service was stellar and they were extremely accommodating to our unique needs for our wedding. We wanted a dinner menu without meat and limited plastic waste and they took both challenges and ran with them. They helped us put together a super DELICIOUS vegan dinner menu, a taco bar with two protein options (the options we could choose from: lentils, mushrooms, beyond meat crumbles). Wish I had gotten more pics, but we were too focused on the dinner lol.

All in all, we had a great experience with them, they are leagues beyond the other catering companies we reached out to, but with fair prices. Thank you Elizabeth's!

Not good, made poorly

Elizabeth's Catering provided the buffets for our high school reunion. The food was delicious, on time and well prepared/presented. Their staff was easy to work with and very pleasant. We felt the experience was well worth the value. Will definitely use them in the future should a need arise.

My work got food from them for multiple days. Everything was either subpar or downright disgusting.

They got pretty good fish and vegetarian meals are always good.

EDIT: The team reached out and has apologized for the experience and provided a partial refund. Appreciate their acknowledgement and willingness to make things right.We hired them for our wedding based on good reviews. We asked them to serve family style, walked through specific ask and confirmed they were ok to serve this way. We agreed that food would come prepared to the venue and we would start with appetizers but all other dishes would be brought to the table at the same time and left on the table until it was time to clean up. I also told them I would order additional food so they could refill if guests asked.The food was not served on time, the main dishes and side dishes came out randomly so many people commented they didn't know there would be more food. Guests even commented that they didn't understand why the food was served so slowly and sporadically. They kept removing dishes and salads from the table before people had even started eating and didn't serve guests when they asked for additional food. The potatoes came out last and were uncooked - commented on by many.We did a testing ahead of time and the food was great, I reconfirmed they were comfortable with our asks and they confirmed repeatedly.Overall - it was honestly a horrible experience.I had reconfirmed the ask and that they were ok to open the wine bottles on the tables. None of these things happened - including how we agreed to set up and serve the dessert buffet.

Best pricing and customer service in the land! You, too, will feel like a queen (or king) when you work with Elizabeth's. Abrea takes the stress off of planning your event with all her helpful questions and suggestions. Gavin and Amber were the best buffet attendants! Courteous to our guests, refilling the buffets and clearing tables all the while. But the dragon slayer here is Abrea & Gavin, who rescued me from a car accident 2 hours before our event. They came and picked up everything for the event that was in my vehicle, then went to the venue and started doing the extra decorating and setup that was my responsibility. Never heard a fairy tale like this? Well, it's mine and it's the happiest ending to my endless quest for a favorite caterer. I know this will make it hard for me to book my events, but I encourage everyone to make them your go-to caterer too. You won't regret it!!!
