If I could give zero stars, I would. I can’t express enough how disappointed I am of this location.
The portions of the food are ridiculous for the price. They seriously rip people off. Today, my family of 8 wanted dinner from here so we got the Picada that feeds 4 and we ordered two of them since we’ve ordered the one that feeds two and it was more than enough we figured two that feeds 4 is more than enough. When we got our food it literally was the same size as the one that feeds two!? Only difference was that it had ONE extra patacon. The one that feeds two cost $33 & the one that feeds “4” cost $60!?? No way was I paying $60 extra for only two extra patacones! I tried to give the example of me ordering four of the one that feeds two having more food & paying less but they tried to argue saying that I was wrong and their portions were right even when I showed them the picture I had from last week that I was there the we ordered a picada that feeds two & it was the same size of the one that feeds four.

If you want delicious Colombian food, great customer service and a phenomenal experience go to Parcerito Parrilla Colombiana in South Jordan!! Not to mention they don’t over charge for their food like they do here.

1/10 My family ordered $180 worth of food: 3 orders of empanadas $15 each, & 2 orders of the Picado for 4 people each which would be 8 people it’s supposed to feed. We have eaten there before so we know how big the picado for 2 people is. For example, the plate for two people has 4 tostones and the plate for 4 people had 5 tostones. We even provided them proof of the difference in size and they ignored it and just said we were wrong and wouldn’t fix the issue. After wasting my entire night and my family waiting hours to eat they refunded it since they refused to fix the issue. WOULDNT RECCOMEND AND FOR THE PRICE FOR SUCH SMALL PORTIONS ISNT WORTH IT ANYWAYS. Save your money and go to Parceritos in South Jordan! Great price and amazing food. Treats their customers with respect and they don’t gaslight you

Absolutely terrible experience at Encanto in Salt Lake City. We ordered two Picado for Four meals at $63 each, plus three orders of empanadas at $15 each. What we received were portions basically the same size as the Picado for two people. We even had a photo from a previous visit showing how much food we got before—it was clearly different. But when we brought the order back, the staff refused to acknowledge the mistake and even implied we were lying.
To make matters worse, ordering two Picado for Two meals would have cost the same and given us far more food. Instead of taking responsibility, they doubled down and treated us like we didn’t know what we were talking about.
The dishonesty and the way they handled the situation were unacceptable. We left feeling ripped off, dismissed, and disrespected. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere that actually values its customers. We wasted gas, time, and left our family waiting all night for dinner. I’m disgusted, and I’ll make sure all my Colombianos know how this place treats people. I’ll be posting the photo showing exactly what we got—because what they gave us for four people was the same portion as the Picado for two.
It’s very clear that they do this all the time and they try to scam people into spending way more money for the same amount of food

Worst customer service.
Sent my wife for some food and because she wasn’t sure what she was getting and because she doesn’t speak Spanish they try to scam her. They charged us almost $200 for some food that was supposed to be for 8 people but it was barely enough for 3 people, we talked to them before touching the food try to fix everything but they try to say we were wrong, we called the same place in park city and they said we were right and that they were gonna talk to them in salt lake but still they didn’t care about it, we ended up getting our money back, worst customer service, they don’t care about helping the customer. SCAM!!!!!

This place isn’t called the enchanted restaurant for nothing, the vibes are magical. I urge you to be patient here, there was 1 server for the whole place. He was doing his best. I got the enchanted platter, honestly a great deal

We ordered the Enchanted Platter for two and loved every bite! So flavorful and will definitely be returning.

The owner welcomed us in and asked us if we have ever had Columbian food (no) and was kind enough to explain the dishes and had a fabulous presentation of the dishes on a screen.

As soon as you walk in it feels like you got transported into a rainforest. It was an intimidate and colorful dining experience.

$20 got us very little food. Most Columbian restaurants have generous portions especially at that price. Nice staff though and atmosphere.
