Everything was pretty good, though nothing amazing. I’d give it 5 star for that cuz I had many different stuff and it’s hard not to have anything below par! I recommend the lamp chop. I do want to come back to try other dishes on the menu. This is rare for me!

Overall very good. At the end of the meal the waiter asked if we wanted the check after ordering a glass of wine as we were finishing dinner. I have never been asked or presented with the check at the same time as getting a 2nd glass of wine at the end of dinner . We had only been there an hour in total.

Best food I’ve had in a while! We had to reorder everything twice, that’s how good it was. My personal favorite was the gnocchi which was to die for. I would do the four hour drive from home just for that gnocchi. Service was as amazing!🥰 also fell in love with the cocktail server made me. All around amazing.

Server didn't know the specials. She thought a salad special was a dessert. It took her 1/2 hour to bring our desserts, chocolate cake and ice cream. Poor service and average food.

Excellent food, nice ambiente, fleeing American fast food.:)

Since it was requested I respond to my review. The place was nice and we were sat quickly. But instead of the four top next to us that went unused the entire time we were there, we were sat at a small two top right in the aisle. The server came out promptly, but then only spoke to my dining partner the entire time and barely acknowledged me sitting there. When I ordered my drink and food he acted dismissive to me when he had been very pleasant with my partner. The food was very good and I enjoyed it.

A must go! The most delicious food we’ve had in a while. Traveled here from NYC and would come back to Salt Lake just to eat here again!

Eva has a devoted following and I understand why. However, after my last visit, there I have to say that it is a bit over rated. In the front dining area, the noise level is almost painfully high. The food was good but there is better to be had at far lower prices in restaurants around the city. All in all, I would still recommend Eva and will eat there again, but felt that a realistic review was in order.

Best restaurant in SLC hands down. Never disappointed with the quality of food and service at Eva. This is honesty one of my favorite restaurants everywhere.

Opentable Diner

On a recent visit to Salt Lake my husband and I went to Eva to celebrate my birthday. The entire meal was exquisite. Complex, rich and nuanced flavors, perfectly cooked -- just delightful. Our server Emily was lovely - warm and friendly and helpful. She also mixed the most delicious cocktail. Can't recommend this place more highly -- and can't wait to go back on my next visit! P.S. They comped us the sticky date pudding for my birthday. SO GOOD.

Went with some friends as three couples. It's been a while since we had been there and I remembered it was good in the past. Quality and quantity of food, even though small plates expected, seems worse than before and too expensive for what you get. We ordered many dishes to share and are barely full afterwards. Our server is somewhat absentminded and provided only the basics and was clearly not friendly. Will not go back.

Our waiter was great, super enthusiastic about the food and just a generally fun person. The food could not have been better. We will be back asap!

Lovely tapas style restaurant with creative dishes. We loved the watermelon salad, Manchego butter & bread, carrots, and the toragashi chicken was the best dish of the night. I would try a different flatbread next time, the fig and prosciutto wasn't my favorite. Great cocktails, too!
