They should change their logo from ✌️to ?. They cancelled our catering order 5 minutes prior to pickup time. Another local restaurant next door came through last minute - go support them!Even Stevens used to be great, but it seems like they are going out of business.

Hello, I ordered two sandwiches online to pick up at your Salt Lake City location. The order went through and told me they were ready to pick up. When I got there the employee said he’s not sure how the order got through but that the ovens were all already turned off and they couldn’t make the order and that he’d refund me. I said okay how will it take to receive my refund. He said I’d have it the next day. My refund has still not arrived 7 days later. $24.74!!! When will I get my refund.??? This has been a horrible experience.

Food is great. However, I placed an online order for Sugarhouse but when I arrived, there was a sign saying the store closes at 3pm. The phone number for the store does not work so it's been very difficult getting this resolved.

This makes me very sad to leave a review like this. But I have been eating here for like 5 years. One of my favorite sandwich shops around. But you guys have diss appointed me every single time I have eaten here the last few months. And today tops it off. I ordered a pot roast dip, and got a sandwich with low quality deli meat rather than their usual “pot roast”. they didn’t even disclose this over the phone with me before I ordered. And I feel entitled to a refund almost for what they gave me. I’ve had multiple sandwiches lately that I haven’t even wanted to eat because of the low quality meat they have substituted lately. I think I am done eating here. You’ve officially lost a very loyal customer, eating here at least once a month for the last 5 years. Thanks for letting me down guys. I tried my hardest to keep eating here and supporting you. I hope you get your business figured out again.

Stopped in for lunch. The best part is the employees. There are three of the nicest ladies and they told me they are also best friends. You can tell they like their jobs. I asked what their favs were and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you for being so nice.

When we arrived their was 2 other people behind us. We sat down and our food was handed to another family, the server gave us the food in 2 parts and even then our food was not what we ordered. We were disappointed when they started to clean the floors with heavy chemicals, and immediately smelled it. We felt rushed to eat quickly, even though they were closing in 1 hour. The only good thing about this place was the bathroom. We were disappointed because we loved this restaurant a few years ago, but the service has really gone downhill.

I’ve been a longtime fan of this place, referring to is as my ‘pub’. Something has changed the past month and I fear they must be going out of business. It started with being out of pickles. Next, only about half of the menu items were available. I got a sandwich that I regularly order and the meat had changed to what seemed to me like the really cheap deli meat you get at the supermarket. If their plan is to control costs by using lower quality ingredients and having “rolling blackouts” on portions of their menu (today, no egg sandwiches or burritos were available), I cannot imagine that they will last much longer and I for one will be very sad to see them go. It was great while it lasted.
Some good food, I wouldn’t say too expensive compared to other places. However they were out of a couple of their sides so that was a little frustrating.but they were still considerate and hospitable. Chill environment . But I don’t think I’ll come here again.

i ordered online the order was going to be ready supposedly 12:05. when i got there they told me to wait not touch the orders even though there was like 10 that were ready. they seem confused with so many order. so i waited all the people i was with got their orders then after asking again they told me to they didn’t have my sandwich. lol it took them 20 minutes to tell me this. well they had me and the people i was with wait 15 minutes until they made me another sandwich should have just gotten a refund. one of the cashiers said i was giving her attitude then she proceeded to complain to her manager the whole time i was sitting there waiting lol the manager was also making weird faces towards me talk about customer service. it was the other way around they gave me attitude because i told me why they didn’t tell me from the beginning they didn’t have the sandwich i ordered instead of making me wait. i don’t recommend this place. unprofessional

It was very good experience. The staff was friendly and even made some extra effort and help. And the lobby was clean and the restrooms were clean and the food was really good. We enjoyed our visit.
