We have always liked going here and getting the pot roast dip. Thought we’d try going to the downtown location again although last week we went and they were out of the pot roast and pork, so we went somewhere else. Well, to our surprise, they are still out of those meats. But we stayed this time and ordered some different sandwiches and guess what, they are also out of chips, but for an additional cost we could substitute a side, so I stuck with salad and my partner got tater tots. Took quite a while to get our food and the tots were cold and the cheese on both our sandwiches had already cooled. Not only that, the lettuce on my sandwich and salad was a mix of good pieces and… slime. Some of the fountain pops are also out. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, maybe it’s on its way out, but it was disgusting and we’ll never go back.

I haven't been here in years and I don't think I'll go back again after how disappointing it was today. The guys working all but ignored me so that was awkward and sucked when I first came in. Then I asked for extra pickles in lieu of the salad or chips and didn't get them. I ordered the mihami vice and the flavor was just off... The pulled pork was sour. And the bread was completely wet and soggy ? I couldn't eat any of it. I used to love this place. ?

Great spot to get some lunch, they got a meal deal with a soup and a sandwich. The tomato soup is crazy good. Especially in the winter it’s a great spot. There is enough parking in front of the restaurant

I walked in, looked at the menu, and stepped up to order. There were 5-6 people standing behind the counter talking about something on a phone. An individual finally came over I thought to take my order but after tapping on the screen for awhile he walked away. I walked out. Customer service anymore is pretty non-existent. The restaurant at 200 S and 400 E in SLC, UT.

The 414 E 200 S SLC location has extremely slow service and needs to be more customer-oriented. I came in on a Sunday and waited over 20 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be done. When I finally check on it, it hadn't even been started. The manager said that he would credit my order but kept over $4 with no explaination.

This place has gone downhill. I used to LOVE this place and every time I order since the pandemic, the order has been blatantly wrong with poorly assembled, poor quality meals. The drinks have gotten smaller for the same price. The staff on 500 E is rude as hell.
Had the undergrad breakfast burrito. Fresh cooked ingredients, not too big nor small, filled me up just right to start the day. Taste was accompanied by their salsa which I thought was tasty as well.

I got the undergrad bacon burrito, paid an extra dollar for spinach and their disgusting beer cheese sauce. The bacon burrito is made out of bacon bits, BACON. BITS. I would've rather went to Taco Bell and it would have actually tasted good. Also got their tots with guac and disgusting cheese sauce, tots were stale. Basically threw $17 away.

Don’t get the Miami Vice sammich. It arrived at the table and looked great. Then I picked it up and realized it was more soaked than a newly used car sponge. Ended up just eating the meat with a fork.

No waiting, no line...I thought, at first, they were closed?! The construction around that area makes it tricky to find but they were open....got 1/2x1/2-chicken pesto sandwich and the apple salad - very good!!

On September 3, 2022, at 4:45 pm I stop by and ordered 2 Cuban sandwiches and 2 Pellegrino lemon drinks with Judith at the front desk. Sadly I had taken one bite and it was a bit warm, the 2nd bite was ice cold. I returned the sandwich back and ask for a refund. Judith asks if I wanted something else and I decline. She then agreed to refund me for both sandwiches and only charge me for 2 Pellegrino. However sadly again i waited for a week and nothing was ever refunded. What a way to treat a customer.
