If I could leave less stars I would. This is the fifth time they have gotten my order wrong. I even have gone in to the store and ordered at the counter. They pretend they can’t speak English when you try to explain they got the order wrong. Tell you no manager today and do not know when they will be in. It’s too bad because they have a quality sandwich but not when it’s totally wrong! They ain’t cheap either. Can’t get them to refund any money, cause you can’t get a hold of anyone who speaks English all of a sudden. I even tip too! SMH.

The food's okay---pricey for sure. The service is okay--most of the time. But they need to turn up the heat. A week ago we went in and the temperature was in the 50's inside the store. We should have just ate outside. Thanks Firehouse. You got us out of there really quickly. My wife doesn't want to go back.

We came into this location tonight and were food was great, as usual, but I spilled a full cup of water everywhere. I told a girl working there (Shahad) and she could not have been kinder or more gracious…she said “Don’t worry about, just grab another table and I’ll get to it in just a minute (after she helped waiting customers). She was beyond nice & professional and was right out cleaning it up with a smile and another nice comment to me when I apologized. What an EXCELLENT employee! If I had a business, I’d steal her from you! She was that good! Thank you…we’ll definitely be back and I hope she’s working!

Terrible manager. Awesome workers.

We walked over here on a Sunday evening to celebrate the birthday of an elderly man with cancer who didn't want to cook for himself.

The POS system broke while we were trying to pay. We paid several times with glitches every time. After a frustrating 45 minutes or so, the payment showed to go through, but with zero balance and a substantial overpayment on our behalf. At this point, the staff called the manager.

She was incredibly rude. After making no attempt to remedy the problem caused by the system, she resorted to belittling us telling us that if we wanted our food, we needed to pay for it.

The reason we called her is because we had spent almost an hour with the amazing workers here trying to get the payment through. It has glitched, and over charged the card. The receipt showed as over payed, but also, not paid at all.

After an insanely aggravating few minutes attempting to explain what was happening with the manager, we eventually hung up and attempted a different payment method.

The payment issue was on the business side.

We attempted to pay multiple times.

This behavior is absolutely unacceptable. Treating us like we are the problem when you are not even here to see the problem. Condescending to customers who are trying hard to just pay for their food. Creating a stressful environment for workers because you can't be bothered to deal with a work situation while on the clock.

Thank goodness for the workers on site. Patient and gracious with all the chaos. 🙏

The workers were so frazzled but the situation that our orders were not totally accurate and after we walked home, we realized there were things missing.

We had to walk back and request the remainder of our order.

Horrible service, wasn’t acknowledged at all for like 10 mins, person behind me said this wait is ridiculous and left. We were the only 2 in line and there were 3 people doing nothing but standing around, one on the phone.

Terrible service, I came to eat on 06/10/2024 and they were only talking to each other, with a minor in the kitchen, apart from the fact that they did not prepare my order properly, they made me wait much longer because I was only watching the phone and feeding the girl... They didn't make my order right

I don’t know what the hell it is with this location, but they ALWAYS forget the mustard on my sandwich (have been coming here regularly for over a year) and it is so annoying. Make sure to check if it’s correct before leaving.
