The draught beers here were, in my opinion, okay. If you go the can route, I highly recommend the Hazification. I think the big thing here is the venue. It's on the quieter side, has tons of interesting seating, and great vibes.
Wow such a cute little spot. Don't be fooled by all the traffic it's a quiet hip spot!
Imma be honest, this place is way better than TF (it’s top rival). If you like IPAs especially, way tastier selection here. Vibes are better too and not quite as loud. Great views on the rooftop! Friendly staff :) I recommend the Citra Bomb Tom
Great place, good people.!
Great beers and a great atmosphere. Have a nice outside area that includes rooftop area. Food trucks outside are nice too.
Hard not to love this place from top to bottom. Great people, attractive merchandise, and of course plentiful pours of amazing beers. The new addition provides an excellent get away from the main room. Smokers are well housed in the heated lounge outside in the winter. Dog friendly (for friendly dogs) area between the main entrance and the addition. Staff is always happy to let you in the side door after checking IDs.
Been coming here for what seems like ages now. The place is full of good memories, and friendly faces. Their merch is fantastic and always gets compliments. Great way to rep SLC.
The entire space is huge, comfortable, and welcoming. We tried six pours over a few visits, and each was delicious. I was pleased to see they offered a Schwarzbier, which is hard to find outside of German imports. We also tried food from one of their rotations of food trucks and were very pleased! We tried their New England hazy IPA in a can at another location, however, and it was wretched. Perhaps the can was old or improperly stored, but it did not measure up.
Bonus: We met three dogs.
Its simply a great spot. Patrons are great, beer is great, bartenders are great, vibe is great, and I’ll be back. Exactly what you want from a brewery
Best brewery in SLC
Unless you have a mustache and drink ipa you’re not welcome here. Bunch of smug cronies. 0 out of 10 recommend. Plus the beer isn’t even good. I’d go to ANY other brewery.

This is the place.
Today was the first time I’ve ever been to Fisher brewing and the size of the beer was such a nice surprise. The two guys that helped me at the front were so nice and friendly and I’m super grateful and appreciative of them. Thank you so much! and thank you so much for having Bomb Dilla food truck outside of your establishment what a great pair!!!!
This is a good choice if you're looking for a brewery to checkout while visiting SLC. It has a nice large open layout with some large overhead doors that open up as you'll find in many other breweries.
In speaking with some locals I was told that they felt this brewery had a solid lineup of goof beers and was one of their favorites. I'd have to agree with the few that I did try. If you didn't know, and I believe I have this correct, the draft beers are limited to 5 percent alcohol content while anything in a can is able to be stronger.
There is no food served at this location, BUT they do often have a food truck and as luck would have it there was a Mexican food truck there with some good eats at a decent price. I had a carne asada burrito for $12 and my buddy ordered a quesadilla for about the same price. Tasted great!
Try and make this a stop on your brewery visits in SLC for a good beer selection and I should mention that the staff was super friendly and fast... and one of them was pretty cute and into pics of my frenchies.
Best beer in Utah, and since they've renovated this has become one of the most interesting places to visit on a Friday night to hang out & mingle.
What a spot – rambling, spacious, funky, terrific roof. Nice beer selection, and the one dollar samplers can make for a nice evening by themselves. I highly recommend the Citrabomb.
