Vibes are cool. Beer is good. Did try one that tasted like fish so just don’t get that one and you’ll have a good time!

I started going regularly to Fisher’s last spring because I knew some people working there. In order to show my affinity for the place I actually bought 3 of their hats at $28 a piece. I was always very quiet and kept to myself. I went on a Thursday night last fall. I found an empty parking space on the street near the front of the brewery. I went in, had two beers, read a book and left to go home. When I went out, I found someone in a Porsche had parked directly in front of a fire hydrant in such manner to completely block me from leaving. I was very concerned and worried having no idea who had so inconsiderately parked this car as to block my leaving. I was particularly worried that even if I tried with utmost care and and hyper attention, I might, nonetheless, bump this expensive car or make contact with the car directly behind me. To protect myself, while standing on the sidewalk and road, I took pictures of this Porsche parked with such carelessness and recklessly. Suddenly, out of the side ( not the front entrance) a guy came running out who confronted me in a very belligerent manner to block me from taking pictures. He caused a scene. He kept saying that thePorsche was not his car, which made no sense to me. I could only guess he was acting on behalf of a friend. In retrospect, I suspect that the Porsche was his car. He never apologized. He tried to accuse ME of being intoxicated which was enormously ironic after the way this Porsche was parked, without holding the driver of the Porsche accountable. He actually said I could not leave! Finally, someone came out to move the Porsche. Next time I returned to this place I was very embarrassingly told to leave. I did not yell or draw attention to myself. I found out the guy who accosted me was one of the owners. This was an unforgettably painful and shocking experience causing me great distress.

Maybe my favorite place in Salt Lake City , awesome staff, everything they brew is more than drinkable, and the vibe keeps getting better.

Pretty good overall. Beer selection is great, staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Nice to go selections, and plenty of seating. Rotating food trucks to offer variety.Patio seating is a plus, other than when entitled customers smoke/vape and it blows in your direction (even though they have no smoking signs). It should be enforced more. Pet friendly for better or worse (usually better), but again that depends on the animal's owner.Would love to do a 4.5 but alas. Overall a mostly enjoyable experience

Came here for a work party. Never been and i definitely will be coming back to try their normal food. The proscuto pizza was amazing. Love the kolsch and falling leaves Octoberfest beers. Thanks for having a rambunctious group of military guys.

Fisher is my pick for the best brewery experience in SLC. Everything about the space is thoughtful, a nice engaging patio that adds to the neighborhood, rotating food trucks out front, amazing bike parking to accommodate more people, several different spaces inside where you can pick your vibe, and a dog friendly courtyard they cover and heat in the winter. Multiple bars so you never have to wait to be served, and always great service. Their space is so good that I haven't even talked about the beer yet! They usually have over a dozen rotating options, good quality beer, and a variety of styles, though it seems pale ale is their go to. I like that they offer 10 oz pours so I can try more different beers, or when I don't want to drink a full pint. My top recommendation if you want to hang out at a brewery!

Continuing with a string of Mexican Lager beers I got the Cerveza. Not a bad Mexican Lager at all but not quite enough to push it over to five stars. The flavor features with this beer is lime, citrusy and a clean aftertaste. The brewery itself seems very popular! Lots of people here the night I went and it took a little bit of effort to find a spot with a enough clearing to hang out and enjoy my beer. The set up here us cool though and designed to take lots of customers but I am of the sort that likes more quieter and intimate places but still it was a good experience!
