This place has the potential to be one of the best restaurant/bar experiences in SLC. Location is great, decor and vibes are on point. However, the service is horrible, and the food is just okay.My coworkers and I went on a Wednesday evening after work for dinner and drinks. On Instagram we read that reservations are necessary/highly recommended. When we arrived, the restaurant wasn't even halfway full.We were seated immediately, but that is where the quick service ended. It took a long time for our drinks to arrive from the bar and we waited over an hour for our food to come out. In total, we were there for 3 hours and only had 2 cocktails each (we would have ordered more if our waitress would have come by more often).When we finally found our waitress, we let her know that it had been over an hour since we had ordered our food. She looked completely shocked. Had she come by to check on us at any point, she would have known that our water glasses were empty, and the food still hadn't come out.The manager did end up removing all of our food from the bill, and for that reason alone I will give this place another chance. The staff really need to step their game up with the service. So much more money could have been made off of our table had there just been someone there to take the orders.

Took a friend there for her birthday brunch on St Patrick’s Day. She had been wanting to try Flankers since before Christmas. It wasn’t extremely busy, but about what you’d expect for a holiday weekend. The staff was not super helpful and our waitress was a mess. It took 40 minutes to get one drink which was wrong. when we tried to order ourself at the bar they took our order but that was it. We were finally able to order food but after an hour of being there with no food and 1 drink we decided to leave and go elsewhere. The best thing about Flanker's was the live band but it was way too loud to visit. Because of the time wasted there our brunch turned in to lunch food but we went to the Break which is delicious and saved the day!

We went for karaoke on Saturday night, booked for 2 hours. We were there late but that’s not the point. It’s the fact that when we got there the room wasn’t even prep and ready for us. We had to wait for about 20 minutes for them to get it set up for us… They use Karafun BUT ONLY “1” SUBSCRIPTION TO SHARE BETWEEN ROOMS! So when the room next to us log in, we got kicked out and basically had to be on YouTube the rest of the time. We asked if we can extend the time since they took 20 minutes from us, it was a no…

Great sportsbar with reasonably priced good drinks. The wings were good, and there were plenty of TV to watch the game or the fight. We will definately be back.
Every time I have been to Flankers the food has been really good and the service great and I really enjoy the bar as a whole:) it’s a lot of fun and I love that there is something for everyone and want to give a shout out and to Savannah the bartender we have had every time :) she is great and efficient and a lot of fun :) great place to go:)

This is my second time eating at Flankers and this time we had brunch. The food was really good, fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was great and our bartender Savannah was great. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and it was a really nice atmosphere for Easter Sunday. I will be back!

The server never payed attention to my party's tablet and we had to keep reminding the for drinks and foodBeware if you go here they force you to pay a tip on option to leave a tip it'd on the receipt that you have to pay then they ask for another tip.
