“If you’re lookin for dumplings, you’re lookin for this place.” - my 6 year old’s first ever review
Ive been here one time before but ended up leaving because I was confused. I thought it was a market. My son wanted boba the other day so we visited. It wasn’t the most amazing but my son liked it. Seemed to take very long to make for one milk tea boba. It was underwhelming.
The best broth I've ever had. Just amazing. Felix and Joyce are wonderful and considerate hosts. Thank you guys!
Highly recommend. Will eat again. Food is great. Flavor is authentic. The beverages are unexpectedly great as this is a restaurant. The milk boba tea and fruit tea are even better than many other milk tea places.
Favorite place when in the area to get DanDan Noodles and Spicy Popcorn Chicken!! Fresh Food and Quick Service.
Foods amazing. Only place in Utah you can get real good xiao long bao. We live two hours away, it’s worth the drive every time.
I've gone to this place more often in the last few weeks than I'd like to admit. The szechuan beef noodle soup is incredible—very spicy, but so, so flavorful. The beef is so tender and the noodles are a perfect texture. A little expensive, but so worth it for the quality you get. I had a cold a few weeks ago that I'm pretty sure this bowl of soup cured. The dandan noodles and sticky rice are also delicious!
We tried the vegan miso ramen, the vegan potstickers, and the taro milk tea with boba and almond milk. The potstickers were phenomenal, perfectly fried with great filling and a nice dipping sauce (10/10). The boba tea was also great (10/10). The ramen wasn’t too special, but was totally good (7/10). #Veganuary
The food is super yummy 🥰

It's not bad, but it's not suitable for eating alone. . Because the portion is too big. . I ordered a chicken popcorn and was full after finishing it. . .
On Sundays they are chiller, saying they open at 11:00 but they don't even open at 11:20. . And when we first opened, it took time to make the pan-fried buns, but unfortunately I didn’t have a chance to taste them.

Overall, I’m giving them a 4, but their food is a 5 for Taiwanese food in Utah.
I’ve tried the dim sum, dandan noodles, pan fried pork buns, soup dumplings, and spicy wontons. The dim sum is 50/50 for me. I like their soup dumplings and shrimp, but everything else was a little bland for me. I love the dan dan noodles. The soup dumplings are not very soupy, however, the flavor is amazing! I’ll eat them piping hot, they’re that good.
Their wrappers are made in house for the soup dumplings and spicy wontons, and I love them for that.
My advice: stop looking at the restaurant. I don’t go for the views, I go for the food. Just take it to go and sit at a park. You’ll be happier.

I don't typically leave reviews unless a place is really good or really bad. I've been trying to find a good dimsum place in SLC for a while and this is just not it. The shrimp dumplings and egg yolk bun were the best things we ate, but the ramen and beef noodle stew had zero flavor and the other buns tasted over microwaved. We waited 30 mins for truly awful food.

I haven’t had Dandan noodles since I was in China - pre-2020. As soon as they were served, I could smell they were the real thing! They tasted just a fantastic as I remembered. The tea was great and the dim sum awesome! A hidden gem on D street!

This is the worst hygienic hotel I have ever seen in North America, with stains on the floor, dust on the shelves, and dead bugs in the corners. The soles of my shoes were stained with dirt on the floor! I wonder if the health officer is working properly? I think the kitchen is even worse. In addition, the food is poor and limited, and it is specially catered to international students. It is a pity for these children. Google Maps' recommendations have always been good and true, but this time I was disappointed. . . I hope the boss will conscientiously do a good job in hygiene, improve the quality and quantity of the dishes, and treat international students better, because you were also a student. Notice! ️Hygienic! health! health! Otherwise there will be big trouble! . Also I will probably notify health officials as this is a very serious issue!
