Compared to Chipotle, this is no value. Less food. Higher prices. And service was soooo slow. The food ended up being tasty, but the quantity was smaller than a Chipotle bowl. Would not return.

It was okay. However I wouldn't pay $8 again for a burrito of that quality. I also wasn't a fan of the flavors overall. I'd choose Chipotle or Cafe Rio over it any day.

Great service. Didn’t have to wait in line. A taste of texas!

I got a burrito with chicken, spanish rice, refried beans, and basically everything on the menu from there: cheese, lettuce, pico, you name it. Overall it was an amazing burrito. Super filling and took me the whole day to finish eating. The service was also wonderful! Free birds is different than other places because they offer such a variety.

Good HUGE Burritos! Good Service! Friendly Staff!

I stopped by due to the good reviews. I was given burnt hard pieces of beyond meat that were not edible. A complete waste of money. I'm shocked they thought it was okay to serve. If you're deciding between here and Chipotle definitely go to Chipotle!

Freebirds is one of my favorites burrito's place! The other day I came in before going to work ( I didn't know they were closing) it was almost 8:30 pm and the guys were super nice and let me come in and order! I love the flavor and options that they have! Price is good too!

Great burritos. They're pretty massive for not being overly expensive. Would recommend

It was very meh, no flavor, your definitely better off getting the same kind of fresh Mex type foods from Cafe Rio or Chipotle. Much tastier there. We got a steak burrito and nachos which were fresh (lettuce choice is sad) and staff was great. But the foods themselves...

Mexican food and the feeling here is better than most. Staff is always super even when they have a full house. I will be back with my coworkers. This place has a good atmosphere. This place has many great reviews for a reason.

We decided to try this out, as it's the only Freebirds in the world outside Texas. Being Austin natives, we are well acquainted with this burrito rockin' salsa slammin' chain. Utah, however, did not live up to the great expectations. Namely, two items: the black beans were hard, and tough--probably overcooked. Unskilled bean makers please no one. And secondly, they took an extraordinarily long time, both because of troubles wrapping burritos, and, it seems, general ineptitude regarding Mexican food Eat the beans at your own peril. Use lots and lots of creamy jalapeño sauce. Keep your orders short. Follow these sacred rules of the Salt Lake City Freebirds World Burrito, and you should be fine. However, if you're going to choose a Freebirds to eat at... hop a plane to Austin!

One of my top places for delicious Mexican food. I love this place always quality food & service. Definitely worth a return trip. It has a cool interior.

You need to either remove ingredients that don't work together or have pre-made burrito choices rather than expecting customers to be able to guess which flavors work well together.

I just love these salads and the death sauce is to die for. Order a burrito and get 10lb brick of flavor and food. I'm not sure how they make these so heavy but it's a week's worth of calories in one sitting.
