The spiral croissants (lemon and raspberry) were delicious! Crispy texture and fluffy on the inside. The cream was thick and delicious (if ever so slightly sweeter than I’d like). My soy latte was perfect. Kiernan was a polite, lovely server.My only complaint was the side of ham was so tiny for the price.

Used to be so wonderfully French. Its sold out and not as French an experience as it used to be. Still quality, just miss the culture that it used to have. The food was unique, now everyone is doing the same stuff.

Went with a group of women for lunch and it was wonderful! I had the French dip sandwich, which was delicious. Our server was also very attentive. Separate checks for our group of 7 was so easy with the handheld device our server was able to use. I’ll be coming back!

This place just kind of miss the mark for me. I love the one in the airport they’re always great! However, I decided to dine in for lunch yesterday afternoon. From the food to the service it was just not good. My server didn’t even great me for 15 minutes. Whether I’m a party of 1 or 5 this shouldn’t be acceptable. Got the Brussels and I’m not even sure why they’re in the menu. I got undercooked veggies with sauce splattered on my plate. Then I got cold pasta with it. Honestly wish I hadn’t wasted my time.

Was at the airport location this morning April 26 at 10:00am. The lady at the front to go checkout was very rude. I requested a scone that was on a different tray because they looked fresher. She said no I couldn’t and that she had to sell the 2 old crusty scones first. If that’s your policy you need to change it. As a customer I should be able to pick out my own pastry. So I didn’t buy it but instead bought a banana for $2.50! Insane! Bad customer service experience.

The Rigatoni pasta was excellent, while the Euro Burger was just okay. Expect a mandatory 18% gratuity charge for large groups.
I found Gourmandise while searching for a gluten free bakery in downtown Salt Lake City. To my pleasant surprise, they also serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Although they aren't a dedicated gluten free facility and there is risk of cross contamination, the waitress took the time to confirm that my food choices would not contain gluten, soy, or beef. I had the grilled salmon and it was delicious! The buerre blanc sauce was silky smooth and had just the right blend of flavors. For dessert, there were several gluten free options and I selected the flourless chocolate cake. It was very rich and satisfied my sweet tooth! I'll likely try an additional dessert or two before I leave town. I would definitely eat here again!Dietary restrictions: They have several menus online for dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan). I had many gluten free options from which to choose, although some had a high risk of cross contamination due to the fryer. They also have gluten free bread which can be used for sandwiches.The waitress took my allergies seriously and verified ingredients and cooking procedures with the chef to ensure I had a good experience. She also cautioned me about possible cross contamination from my food being in the same oven with glutinous bread. I appreciated her transparency and effort.

I have been here three times and the only thing that was consistent was the pastries. Their food and coffee/teas are over priced and honestly decent. The food is just not what they’re advertising, and the skills of the “chefs” making the food are just lacking. I would only recommend the desserts, but please save your money and don’t get the food.
