I came here for my first time. I stood for almost 10 minutes at the counter to place my order, and the two girls behind the counter didn't even acknowledge that I was there. Since I was on my lunch break I decided to leave and go somewhere else. Total lack of customer service.

Me and my family have been going to groves since I was a kid The food was amazing when I was younger I used to think that the sandwiches were so big I didn't understand how we could eat them and I'm 38 years old today and I am still shocked at how big they are to this day we still love to eat there if one of us goes and we do not bring everyone home something we all get a little angry best sandwiches ever

Food is always amazing. I miss the old guy working the register. His son is not very friendly and I often hear him talking bad about others. It's truly a shame because it seems like the service just isn't what it used to be.

I’ve had a few sandwiches here. The pastrami and the turkeys. The sandwiches are HUGE and could feed 2 people. Great deli and service. There a reason they’ve been around forever. This place is so good

I gave three stars for service because mostly employees are really nice. But there’s a younger guy at the cash register that has no customer service skills. He’s cocky and plain rude. Makes me not want to go back over there. I don’t know his name, but he gives bad vibes every time I go on there.

I have been going to Groves for years and it just gets better and better because they understand the Old Fashioned customer service and outstanding quality! As always excellent and I highly recommend them! I drive from Sandy, UT to get a sandwich and well worth it as always!
